That's a basic necessity, and I don't think it's what you meant to say. Secondly, I'll repeat what I said before: all rape is problematic, regardless of who it happens to. But how does the fact that male victims of rape are often blamed by society change or excuse the fact that female victims of rape are often blamed by society? But I would also take that logic one step further: a world where women were constantly reminded by PSAs and learning programs not to falsely accuse would also be "pretty dire". But the reality we are dealing with in the U.S. is that 1 in 4 college age women are sexually assaulted, and statistics of male rape victims are just not nearly as high. Is male rape a problem? Sure, every instance of sexual abuse is problematic.
