I rewatched the Twilight series a couple of weeks ago, and I was honestly in shock at the scene in Eclipse where Jacob forces a kiss on Bella and you can see her clearly struggling to get away before she punches him. She's mad for a couple of days, then they're friends again. HE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER. Having the target audience be a bunch of teenagers who romanticize this treatment is so disgusting. No wonder we have a pickme crisis of women in their 20s and 30s now.
