Yes, I think most people agree that there is obviously enough evidence to go forward with the case. What bothers me is just how easily it is dismissed. Thinking that her not being able to identify the man(actually misidentifying, being very sure the interpreter was the "rapist") is suspicious isn't the same as thinking the kid is innocent. One of the biggest problem is that these case's get turned into a zero sum game and the presumption of innocence is completely thrown out the window.
