4	To those that used to have a hard time holding a conversation, how did you fix your problem? My friend, everything in life is easier said then done. But we cannot use that as an excuse. You are correct on your statement but if you focus on your statement you will find it hard to succeed in that subject. Accept it, then work on it. I find that practicing mindfulness is very helpful. It’s definitely helped me be more aware of my words and actions. But this didn’t happen over night, and there were many failures. You don’t have much to say, don’t push it. It is not my job to keep the conversation going. It is a mutual thing.
