It's in the app. When you add food there should be a barcode symbol in upper right corner of the app. Then use your camera to scan the barcode on the food packaging.

In my department at my job there a 21 staff, I am the only male. I will interact with them enough as to not put a target on my back and I am also very careful what I say that isn't business related. I don't mingle with them during breaks or outside work and I certainly won't fuck any of them.

I didn't even know there was one until the other day. My guess is it will receive little to no attention from the Media.

This ^ I started June last year and thought I would be close to me goal of being aesthetic by this time but I'm not even close. Another 1.5/ 2 years I will be there. It was around 2 months that I started to notice the little changes though.

I think i understand the concept of sexual frame but you're right I've never really had the confidence to pull it off. I've been working on self improvement and becoming aesthetic up to this point and feel a lot more confident in myself so I will give it a go and if I fuck it up, I fuck it up. Have to start somewhere right?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
