I'd wager what a woman's cunt considers "elite" is usually not very good for society. Attractive, aggressive, high risk tolerant, slightly sociopathic/full on sociopathic people don't make for a pretty world.

I was being snarky there, but yeah, I'm sure the mandate creates more of a problem than the actual percentage. That being said, I think it's safe to say that women tend to (tend to, not have to, for all you lurkers who think everyone here's a rampant sexist) lack the qualities that make for good leaders. It's almost never "that simple". You have a couple layers to your project (sounds like you need to interface with unique hardware, so you may need to create drivers, and then you need to both calculate the results you want and display them nicely, so you need both a front end and a back end), so I think you may have a hard time if you've never coded anything before.
