Don't concern yourself with how she is perceiving you or worse, how her new work buds are perceiving you. Believe me, the way both are looking at you right now is far worse than how they'll feel after you draw a line. Also, you should only care about how you are feeling about you. I would also suggest you not worry about mate guarding at this stage. Your situation is critical. You need to act assertively ASAP. Put your foot down now without expressing any anger. Be calm. Be cool. Be firm. Accept…

This is simple. Next time she's getting ready for one of these nights you do this. YOU: Actually you're not going tonight. You're going to stay home with me. HER: Ha! I can do whatever I want. YOU: True. So can I. HER: What the hell is that supposed to mean? YOU: It means if you want to stay in this marriage you are done with that behavior. It means if you go out partying tonight you come home to an empty house. HER: You mean you would leave me over something like this? YOU: Yes. HER: You're fki…

Interesting. And maybe you're right about not having that quite right. On balance we do have a good thing but I take your point in that I wouldn't be here if I didn't see room for improvement. Doing it "right" is a great point. Not only do I not yet know how to do it "right." I'm not sure I even fully comprehend what it means. I need to do more work in understanding this concept and then internalizing it. When I say I don't want to blow things up... what I mean is... it seems to me that just doi…

This is excellent advice. And definitely a goal. I am by no means there yet but each day I try to take a step in this direction. I have been surprised how good it feels to just do without consideration. That said, I'm taking it slow. Got a good thing and don't want to start blowing this up just as an experiment.

Yes, I do still have a good marriage... in fact, a great one. One of the reasons that is true is because I value it enough to always be looking for ways to improve it. I didn't land here because of a dead bedroom or because my wife is a harpy. She's far from it. She's wonderful and the most valued member of my team. I am here because I recognize there is gold to be mined here on my personal path to self improvement... and some insights that are helping me take my already great marriage to the ne…

This is an enormous help. Thanks very much. Do you recommend IF or keto for diet or just do macros and cut calories?

Thank you for this. I'm once through WISNIFG and was impressed by how much great information it contains. So much so that I will soon be going through it a second time so that I can better understand the practices and how to implement them in real life. My first read was very eye opening. Like I said in my post I really am blown away by how effective STFU is. I've also begun to notice just how constantly my wife shit tests. Mind you, my wife is by no means harpy or bitchy. It is out in the open …

Some more thoughts on this... If you really are interested in exploring D/s then it starts with you as the Dom. The path is somewhat similar to MRP in that the work begins with you. If you are becoming the Dom then you need to be the very best version of you. You have to become somebody who has their shit so well together that the submissive feels safe and protected under your care. Take baby steps. The first few times you play it will be awkward. Push through that. Practice using your voice. De…

Thanks for the advice. I like the idea of getting down to 15% and then reassessing from there. By following this method should I expect to continue to add weight to the bar while doing SL 5x5? Or will I likely be maintaining stats or be deloading? Simply put I like your advice of keep getting stronger... am I able to accomplish that while cutting calories to get to 15%? Thanks for you input.

Thanks for the encouragement. I really look forward to the lifting gains. Been doing research lately on how to lose bf while maintaining or even continuing to build muscle. Looking into IF and keto. I've plateaued once already on SL 5x5 and feel like I'm approaching another one. Torn between wanting to cut so I can lose body fat and thinking maybe I should be eating more to first gain some real mass. I appreciate your suggestion regarding life/MAP. My initial reaction was that my fatherhood, car…

To clarify, I didn't mean I actually wrote a book. I spent a lot of time researching D/s and pulled from the many websites and articles the things that I was interested in. I would pull an idea, write a quick email to myself and then try it out that night. That is how I explored and built our dynamic. I clicked on your profile and saw your inquiry regarding D/s. You sound a lot like I did about a year ago. I wanted fun kink not mean S&M stuff. Check out submrs.com and husdom.com You have to sift…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
