1	Depressed virgin. I am typing this right now inside my parents' house. I am socially isolated and having moderate amount of FOMO. It is another Saturday night and I have no plans or anything. What would you suggest? Depression is a tough vicious cycle. I won’t pretend to be an expert on it simply because I still have it. There is something I can say about it though. “IT” doesn’t simply get better. YOU have to work on making it better. It’s going to take a long time and it’s a tough road but it is worth it. Keep yourself busy with something that makes you feel good. You should probably do something that helps you physically and or mentally.
