3	Going for nights out alone is so liberating Yesterday I approached a group of girls saying 'Hey, mind if I talk to your friend?' to all of them. 'If she wants to talk to you' one of them replied. I then started a conversation with the blonde and her friends proceeded to leave us alone. 2	Dale Carnegie's Core Principles in "How To Win Friends and Influence People" are incredibly useful for everyday interactions with everyone. Try incorporating one of these each day. I read that book cca 10 years ago when I was in my teens. I have long forgotten having studied these principles, but I do follow most if not all in everyday life.
