Every column this woman writes is just concentrated victimhood clickbait. Interestingly, the Guardian NEVER open comments on her articles, almost certainly because her flimsy viewpoints would be absolutely torn to shreds every single time.

Did she not think for one second that her getting knocked to her fat arse might be the outcome in a fight against a taller, obviously more athletic, muscular man?

But what can you say really? Kids these days grow up so fast, he was probably showing her the time of her life, taking her to places she never dreamed she'd go, new experiences, wining and dining at the fanciest restaurants, romantic city breaks and showering her with gifts. How could she possibly say no, if anything it's the boy's fault for being irresistably charming, and if he's ruined one family at this age god knows what damage he could be doing by age 12. I say give him ten years to think …

What a seductive-voiced charmer we have on our hands here! and kitty likes to scratch... He should have - without any hesitation - just knocked this shrieking bag of shit out cold.

Shrieking as if we’re watching a goal line clearance every time we have the ball remotely near the 18 yard box. Spare my ears.

Womens world cup is next summer and I implore you to watch at least one or two group matches, go for Germany/USA/England vs one of the smaller countries. Guaranteed cricket score, guaranteed hilarity. I remember watching a match at the last tournament - ended something like 10-0 - and the losing team looked as if they’d never played before, truly terrible. Foul throws aplenty, an utter lack of physicality, speed, power, technique. The goalies are tiny and terrified. The best thing is that the pu…

What’s your take on the existence of borders of every other country the world over then? Is it all just about racism or is it only racist when it’s America?

That's interesting. From how you've described it, it seems like she was just being treated like everyone else. No one was making an exception to her getting the same treatment as the rest of the group. It might have been more strange if she was treated like a delicate little flower, unable to handle the rough and tumble banter just because she was female. Maybe it felt different to you because she was a female and you had some sort of unconscious protective instinct towards her or maybe it reall…

Were those guys doing this email trick on each other and you or just her? Because if it was happening to just her then bullying would seem to be the problem, but if it happened to everyone then that's the textbook definition of equality.

It's all someone else's fault isn't it? Talk about taking no responsibility for your own life choices, it's almost like you're trying to convince us that women have no agency in their own lives.

How would she know what Trump has done to women? She knows as much as you or me, which is that allegations have been made against him and the courts will decide if they have any truth to them. If he's found guilty, impeach him. If he's found innocent, then say you were wrong and apologise to him.

I thought her comment was pretty funny to be honest, and then he followed it up with a similarly amusing comment of his own. what's the problem?

To be fair, are we even sure that dude is actually a man? My first thought when I saw the picture was that it must be either a "male-acting" lesbian or a "trans-man".

That's as ludicrous as saying, "if you remove a human head are you still male or female?" The human body exists in it's entirety, along with the reproductive organs/endocrine system, and history of exposure to hormones etc which obviously are fundamental contributors to gender, as well as other social factors. All you've done is state the same thing but slightly rephrased. You clearly have a point you'd like to make and I can see that you have the ability to do so, so please stop being coy, I'd …

She'll be the child's mother and father. Not to mention the incongruity of someone who passionately identifies as male - to the point that they are willing to undergo hormone treatment to shed any semblance of their previous female identity - becoming pregnant and giving birth, arguably the thing that most clearly defines the differences between the sexes. That doesn't sound like a male to me, but then I'm sure I'm just an unreconstructed bigot!

Best possible outcome for this guy was spend thousands on a lawyer to prove the kid wasn't his, in order to prevent him from coughing up thousands in child support for a kid that isn't his. Either way he's fucked.

Frankly, it came off like a ego-masturbatory conversation that took place solely within the confines of this guy's head, a good writer of dialogue he ain't.

It doesn't imply a one time instance, you've simply chosen to interpret that way, and honestly it's besides the point. I think you and I have a different definition of - and means of dealing with - "emotional abuse". I can't envisage a scenario where I would allow someone - especially in a relationship - to call me worthless once let alone multiple times. This all seems like a non-issue to me.
/r/MensRights27/04/16 01:33 AM

Where did I mention one incident? I don't care how many times you get called worthless, if you call the police because of it you should get arrested for wasting police time. Physical violence that endangers the safety of another is a police matter, name calling isn't. If you don't like the way your spouse talks to you, tell her so; if she continues and you're pathetic enough to put up with it then I have no patience for you.

It honestly looks like the sort of thing you'd expect to find in some sort of political "re-education" camp - if it was run by blinkered simpletons with no life experience or weight to their ideas.

At the time of the suffrage movement non-property owning men (ie; the poor working class) also didn't have the right to vote, but this fact seems to be glossed over in many history books.
/r/MensRights30/01/16 02:38 AM

As a result of the first world war, approximately 5 million non-property owning men in the UK were given the right to vote in 1918, basically working class men had to die in their hundreds of thousands before they received this "privilege". Women held a few placards and one got trampled by a racehorse. Big fucking deal.

You only have to look up the timeline of the origins of feminism to see that it predates the founding of the Frankfurt school by decades...
/r/TheRedPill12/07/15 03:39 PM
1

The Frankfurt school was influenced by Marxist thought amongst the work of many other thinkers, and although they were trying to create alternatives to dominant capitalist ideology you certainly couldn't accuse them of being the "birthplace of feminism". You couldn't be wider of the mark if you tried.
/r/TheRedPill12/07/15 03:33 PM

In what way is the argument you are presenting a "marxist" critique then? Sounds to me like you're hijacking the term to add weight to your flimsy point.
/r/TheRedPill12/07/15 10:16 AM
2

Your term "marxist critical theory" is literally meaningless. Marxism is an economic critique, it can't be applied in the manner you suggest here.
