I concur, OP make salient points. I have been in Asia three years now. One in Taiwan and now two in Shanghai. One more maybe two and I will return home. Mainly to finish my PhD in something I absolutely love. I remember working in my lab while an undergrad. An experiment I was running produced results which were the exact opposite of what we expected. We reran a few times to confirm.
