Make getting fit a goal. If your an overweight guy you will do wonders in improving your looks and confidence by sticking to a meal plan and a weight lifting program. Knowing your chipping away at something and constantly making progress is a great feeling. Just check bodybuilding for good plans to lose fat and/or gain muscle.
