How old are you? I used to dislike my body shape too, I've always been tall but up until age 25 I used to be skinny as fuck and couldn't put weight on if I tried. Started training and eating better and now I'm pretty big (especially arms and shoulders) and I haven't looked back.

Read books on NLP (neural linguistic programing) it helped me tremendously when it came to dealing with stress and anxiety. I prefer to get the audio books and listen to it whilst I'm doing something mundane which doesn't take much thought.

If its her initiating the texts that's an indication of interest, if the girl is hot you arrange a date, if she declines I move on, sometimes it takes time for a girl to be ready to date you, as long as you keep your frame and make it clear you're only going to talk in person and not over text I don't see the problem. I disagree with some of this, if there are some life areas you excell in and others you suck in then you should work hard on the life areas you're lacking in because you'll always have it in the back of your mind that you never tried and it will always nag you inside and make you unhappy.
