32	Dear Nice Guy Friend We also don't get a lot of good discussions here, or threads with 100+ comments. And this kind of heavy-handed moderation isn't likely to improve that. It's good to discourage negativity, but just in general I think we should let the upvotes and downvotes do their thing and avoid deleting comments and banning except where it's absolutely needed.
