Nice post, there are some small half truths in there. But overall pretty good and well organized. but... making money in the market in 2019 was easy. You could make 30% just sitting in a whole market etf or 40% in QQQ with little to no effort or research, this is in no way a typical result but has been a amazing year. Also % gains in market portfolios don't mean much without a value when trying to qualify on giving advice, did you got from $1.00 to $1.60 or 10M to 16M. Makes a difference. Not re…

Make up does wonders. but using a 1-10 scale 1/10 women are tens. Most ten looking girls at clubs are just 7,8,9's with really good makeup skills.

You made a good point. I'm sure dual incomes play a big part. But from what I've seen of most marriages a wife and kids are more often than not a financial liability. I know a lot of people in their early 30's that are millionaires (though you'd never think) starting a 401k in 2010 until now would have given you amazing growth. i also know a lot who act like their millionaires but live paycheck to paycheck with excessive debt and all the toys they dont have time for.

Top 20%. the top 10% of people have at least a $1,000,000 net worth. That can be pretty cozy depending on where you want to live, but always shoot higher. 1 out 10 isn't bad when its within your control. and its far from .0001%

Nice postitive post, its all about taking control, take my upvote. If you want to get laid, you have to go clubbing/partying every, single, weekend. This includes peacocking (Shower, Shave, Cologne, Deodorant, Jewelry and Saturday's Best clothes and top notch shoes) But this, no. Maybe at first for some as they need the confidence boost, but usually the clubbing/partying every single weekend girls are low quality. Did I say it was? It's a feeling. As is thirst. Cold and warmth. You dont drink water because you logically conclude "if i dont drink water I'm going to die" You drink water because you feel thirsty. Feelings and emotions are different for those of you that are foreign or lack education.

Breaking these down into physical lists and writing them out seems a little weird and kind of pathetic. Living emotionless isn't healthy either, I mean you dont want to feel happy? So there I was, putting on my rape shoes, and practicing my sexual harassment pickup lines this morning. I just got done cyberbullying my coworkers. Most guys on this forum are frauds. If they actually lifted and followed self-improvement guidelines, then they would be getting matches on Tinder. follow those guidelines and you really don't need tinder, you'll have plenty to deal with in real life as it is. So you can produce value all you want, and then get ripped off. The end result being, that you produced something, and were not compensated accordingly, which is contrary to your statement. I think you missed the word "value". You need to produce Value, you can work your ass off 12 hours a day making back scrathers but if the market doesn't value them then yes you will be broke. And yes value changes with market conditions and innovations, which i addressed in my original reply.
/r/TheRedPill06/12/18 07:37 PM
1

I still don't understand what you're getting at, sorry if i assumed my target audience weren't complete idiots. a product is only worth what people will pay for it. A penny is worth 5 cents if people will pay it. That is how value is determined, by the market place. Not what Flawless44 thinks its worth

i mean 100k is nothing to snub your nose at. it just doesn't have the same spending value as it did back in our parents days. Add in a middle class mortgage, a car payment, TAXES, retirement savings and it goes pretty quick. but as always it depends on your area. 100k in San Franciso/LA/New York/Hawaii is much different from 100k in Detroit or middle america
/r/TheRedPill06/12/18 02:08 PM
6

Is it really though? i mean 20 years ago sure. The new "six figures" which was deemed as pretty successful the past few decades seems to be more like $200-250k these days due to increased taxes and inflation.
/r/TheRedPill06/12/18 01:30 PM

Produce value and you'll be compensated accordingly to what you produce. But don't put your eggs in one basket, not many horse carriage repair men out there. Hope you can work on Tesla's and cars of the same nature. Book smarts usually only work well with great work ethic and motivation/principles. 80k working until 65 is fine for some. Others may want 200k+ a year working until 38. 100k isn't shit in some place. its all relative.

I'll cut it off short around 2 hours, unless i know i have it in the bag that night, they will make it pretty obvious (even when obvious i have still cut it off because i'm not gonna be late to work and all tired the next day just to get some strange). You made another great point about having the right tool for the job. it goes along pretty well with what i was getting at. My old man was redoing a subfloor in one of my buildings and was gonna use a hammer and nails.... it would have took him 2 days, and a lot of physical hammering. If you refinance, the current mortgage is paid off and you get the left overs. (you refy for 75K - 50K to pay off old loan =25K cash in your pocket. If you take out an equity loan you'd have 2 payments. One on the 50K original loan, and one on the 25K equity note. Equity loans are nice as they're quicker but the rates are usually variable.
/r/TheRedPill13/03/18 07:59 PM
2

You could, you'll only be able to borrow based on the equity you have in. Depending on the bank they ususally loan up to 75% of the value. Value $100,000 equity $50,000 75% value = $75,000 they'd loan you or let you refi with a $25K cashout. as always every bank is different with different policies, but income properties don't get the good terms that owner occupied places do.

I figure if i ask a girl to go out for a drink, i'll buy her a drink. If she asks me out for a drink she'll buy me a drink. Just seems to be the dynamic i'm used to in the Midwest. I've never seen an "alphaman" get all bent our of shape over $5.

If you are that kind of homo fella that pays his dates drinks on the first date I see this a a lot on here for some reason i don't understand what the big deal is with buying someone a few beers? Seems like more of a poverty mentality than anything, and lack of abundance.. of money.

I don't feel the system is meant to work that way. If that's the case there would be 9's in the 70 year old age range. The reasoning just doesn't make sense to me. Why say "she's a nine for a thirty year old". When you can just say "she's an 8"

if your a 9 at 21 doesn't automatically make you a nine 41, or 61 or 101. I know tons of girls that were 8s in their early 20s but are barely pushing 5 at 30. It is somewhat objective but it's a set rating, regardless of age. A fat 5 could be a 7 at 30 if she loses weight and has good genetics. But it's very very very rare a 9 can maintain her status as a 9 into her mid to late 30s. You can't fight gravity.

Luckily i had a few side hustles going on where i was able to enjoy an entire year off from a conventional job until i found a position i feel was right for me. when your lively hood reputation etc. is all centered around one aspect you have nothing to fall back on when something goes awry. sorry about your friend.

things tend to go unnoticed in big corporations. I could probably do my base work load in about 15 hours and still get paid for the salary for 40. Many corporate jobs are like this. however i use the extra 25 hours to shine. Take on additional projects, find cost savings and do things that no one else is doing (to the benefit of the company). Makes me feel better than sitting on reddit in my spare time.

I'm not saying to avoid women or not to have game. MGTOW seem like a bunch of neckbeards that came up with an excuse as to why they are incels. You still need to socialize and approach when the opportunity presents itself, i'm not saying be an antisocial workaholic. I covered this here Perhaps this “new purpose” this somewhat tied back to our original biological drive Are you saying people that are voluntarily celebate, too old to reproduce or Eunuchs cannot have a drive because they cannot reproduce? I've never been over weight but ive had friends that were pudgy. You don't necessarily have to reduce your calories if you use more, but it would help. A few started mountain biking regularly and looked great after a summer of hitting the trails hard 2-3 times a week. I think you're right though, beer is a rough one, all the personal trainer friends and yogi girls i know always drink liquor or simple mixed drinks like whisky and soda or gin and tonic.

i thought we were talking about gold vs. Bit coin? Are you trying to debate something else. Obviously there is value in bitcoin these days, but when it comes down to the post Apocalypse as you'd say. I'd rather have something tangible..
/r/TheRedPill16/11/17 08:40 PM

Then bit coin itself is intrinsically useless. It is simply the reward for something that was done that did have value. Producing bitcoin has value, that value does not necessarily translate over to to the bitcoin itself.
