Colleges are not under any obligations to accept anybody by law. Do you have evidence to the contrary? There is no law on that.

Banks are scrutinized for “loan fairness”. How exactly does that work, do their loan originators get a memo telling them to charge higher rates to women? Interesting theory Einstein, next time show your work.
/r/MensRights17/04/23 10:40 PM

I don’t know that “generally speaking women pay higher rates than men”, and neither do you. You cited an article about home loans, which article also stated point blank that the women studied had worse credit ratings and lower incomes than the men they were compared to. In addition, “Banks cannot use sex as a determinant of the sort of mortgages they offer, because that would be in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, which prohibits credit discrimination on the basis of race, color, r…

What is a bias? Do you have a bias? Is all bias “bad”? Can there be a correct bias and incorrect bias, or does bias imply a preconceived and incorrect idea?

Thanks. These dueling stats get very political, the argument is made that breast cancer takes away more years of life, since young women can get it more often than young men get prostate cancer, etc. However the two cancers are very similar in number of deaths per year, yet breast cancer has always received way more funding. My opinion is that feminists have overplayed their hand about “male privilege”, and this cancer-related fact is just one important data point in that thesis. If rich old men…

Men represent 1% of breast cancers. Also, prostate cancer deaths and breast are about equal, not sure where you’re getting your numbers. In addition, prostate deaths are on the rise ever since the paradigm shift was “men die with the cancer and not from the cancer”. That was a mistake. Stratification of risk profiles has improved quite a bit in recent years based on biopsy results, so watchful waiting is becoming more reasonable for select cases. Thanks for your input, I am willing to stand corr…

Stats. Nuff said. What we need is a legal regime framework that goes something like this: any rape allegation must be made within 48 hours of the event. A rape kit must be performed. A police report will be filed. No rape allegations made after 48 hours will be investigated unless there are mitigating circumstances like kidnapping or hostage-taking that prevented a report from being filed. Universities are not to do the investigating or prosecuting, this is for the police and other state agencie…

The biopharm research and approval and production pathway is extremely expensive and time-consuming. Only deep pockets can develop these things and get them approved. They make a ton of money, if they succeed. If they fail, they lose a half ton of money. Over time, competing products and generics enter the production process. Upon first approval, insurance companies pay out big dollars for the treatments. Then after the patents expire, they become cheaper. Lives are saved. This has been true for…

Kinda true, kinda pedantically not true. “The bacteria that cause plague, Yersinia pestis, maintain their existence in a cycle involving rodents and their fleas. Plague occurs in rural and semi-rural areas of the western United States, primarily in semi-arid upland forests and grasslands where many types of rodent species can be involved. Many types of animals, such as rock squirrels, wood rats, ground squirrels, prairie dogs, chipmunks, mice, voles, and rabbits can be affected by plague. Wild c…

Reddit has sites like that. It’s disgusting. And they gaslight by saying that this site is “just as bad”. They’re insane.
/r/MensRights08/04/23 11:24 AM

The insanity is real. You described it all perfectly. Feminists are hateful and bizarre at this point, they don’t discuss rationally at all. Just try to engage them at any feminist Reddit site, you will get flamed and kicked off swiftly.

“We” don’t have to “get better as men”. Maybe you do, maybe that’s why you’re lecturing. Normal parking lot behavior in broad daylight would be for that crazy cat lady to politely address the man to see what she forgot, or what was wrong with her tire, etc. My sisters don’t act like that, my wife and daughters don’t act like that, no female whom I know acts like that. How does interacting increase or decrease a woman’s chances of being assaulted? I always figure that a person who wants to assault me is going to do that, or not, regardless of whether I respond. If he wants my wallet, is he going to take it simple because I was polite to him? If I say “gfy”, is a robber NOT going to rob me? That makes no sense.

Lol. You didn’t give biology definitions. Even allowing for these colloquial uses, circumcision does not rob one of virility. I am quite virile, having sired 6 children, and I am circumcised. Your IQ is problematic in spite of your futile attempts to be pedantic.
/r/MensRights05/04/23 10:43 PM

Umkay, this is interesting. Castration is the removal of the testes. (Usually only the gonads, but occasionally in lay parlance, removal of all the genitalia might be called “castration”, but that is technically incorrect). Circumcision is the removal of the foreskin in males. (In females, it has various definitions, but should be reserved for removal of the clitoral hood).
/r/MensRights05/04/23 10:33 PM

Circumcision is most definitely not castration. Don’t conflate the two, thanks.

This! Women cherry pick and don’t work as many hours. MDs the same way: they work fewer hours, see fewer patients. You don’t make as much money in the exact same field getting the exact same reimbursements if you don’t work as hard. 40% of female MDs quit within 7 years of starting practice! Same with engineers.

The man was not a criminal. It was a man who wanted to get her to address him for some reason. Cite any study that you want to, I will look at it. The definition of “sexual assault” is so broad and so vague that the numbers are probably that high for men if you ask them the question a certain way. As for your continued need to make childish insults, it’s not helping your argument. How old are you? If you want to be anything other than a pathetic childish person, you have to learn how to act like…

Look up the actual study where that 25% figure came from. You are repeating feminist talking points. If a person is going to rape someone, her telling him “get away” doesn’t sound like a winning strategy to me. As a man, if someone addresses me on the street, I address them back, figuring if they wanna rob me, my ignoring them doesn’t help. As for your puerile and ridiculous insults, I just proved to my satisfaction that you’re a teenaged girl.

What a bunch of crap. 25% of women have not been sexually assaulted. That number came from a bogus study where women were asked if they ever had sex when they really didn’t want to or some such open-ended baloney. 25% of men have had sex when they really didn’t want to! Good grief, study this shit in more detail. And why would a man intent on raping a woman just quit on his plans just because she freaks out? So you have nothing. The fact is that in America, we have a binary system. You have to vote the lesser of two evils. They don’t let you choose God, because he’s not on your ticket. There are two viable candidates in any election, and you have to choose the lesser of two evils. That’s how it works. For me, I choose Republicans exclusively because there is no Democrat candidate that is pro life, and I refuse to vote for a pro choice politician. I won’t do it. They could promise to cut my taxes by …

So you vote Democrat all the time but you want men’s rights. The way our body politic works, you don’t get to vote a smorgasbord of ideas. You get a binary ball of wax. The Democrat ball of wax is inimical to men’s rights. That’s all there is to it. No smorgasbord. You don’t get that choice.

But is there more to it than involuntary celibacy? The guy kept repeating the insult and suggested that there’s a particular set of persons who fit some category. You’re not wrong, but there has been a big uptick in deaths from prostate cancer as the paradigm switched from early treatment to watchful waiting. Gun violence still happens in England. I’d rather live in a world where lots of people are armed and perps are killed quickly by citizens with guns. The first thing oppressive dictators do is disarm the populace. China? Disarmed. Russia? Disarmed. Cuba? Disarmed. Cambodia? Disarmed. Zimbabwe? Disarmed. Middle eastern dictatorships? Disarmed. Ok, so now we are getting somewhere with these idiots. If 98% of shooters are male, and this crazy bitch was on hormone therapy, taking testosterone, could it be that men and women really are DIFFERENT? That doesn’t prove discrimination lol, it proves nothing in and of itself. Who do you think was more likely to abandon their families over the years? Men. It’s still true. The problem is there are no studies going back to cave men. I don’t know if there are current studies. There are probably studies in the late 1800s and onward about our legal system and its bias in granting custody, so I asked if she or he had any evidence. You’re bullshit. Women have been shadow boxing men over their equality for a long ass time. Let them suffer the losses. They claimed all kinds of wild shit that was totally false, like Serena Williams could beat any man, or the girls soccer team could hang with a man’s team. No, they can’t even beat college or high school players. Just cut the crap, women asked for this. They insisted that they be allowed to compete against men, it’s their fault.
/r/MensRights24/03/23 03:19 PM

A trained female of what size and strength in what sport can beat an untrained male of what size and strength in what sport. Because there are men who never trained one second in fighting who would knock a professional mma fighter the fuck out in short order. There are men who can power lift weights who would beat a moderately trained amateur female in weight lifting easily.

Men get married and form stable family structures so as to propagate the species and provide the greatest likelihood that their progeny will succeed and reproduce. Both statements are contradictory and prove absolutely nothing. Example: a). cooperative behavior was selected for and allows for propagation of the species through collective improvement a…

It claims to have found incels from three sources, two of which were incentivized to participate. You can’t take self assessments at face value when people are being incentivized to participate in a study, and especially when they are not blinded to the subject in question. Also, the study makes evolutionary psychological assumptions that they claim as truth. Evo psych is a wasteland of armchair theorizing and prejudices that have no proof of concept. To say that men are selected for by mates mo…

What a load of garbage, any man who would write such nonsense has zero respect for persons. Why aren’t women called “incels”? There’s nothing gender-specific about being an involuntarily celibate person.

Stfu! I don’t know when the trash gets full every fucking time you wanker, there are 5 people in my house and I don’t stand over the fucker every second. I also am not the one who leaves the fucking dishes in the fucking sink, my kids do. She has a brain and can fix that shit herself but the kids don’t listen to her. I could try beatings but that’s frowned upon these days you wanker.

Great points. We really do need more education about opposite gender psychology. I know that a lot of grief would have been spared between and my wife if we understood each other better.

Maybe that’s what Freud was really trying to articulate with his penis envy theory lol. I think that men will never understand women, and vice versa.

You made great points. My wife and I read a couple books about it, because we struggle communicating. In my situation, my wife is an introvert, she doesn’t want to verbalize things, she wants me to “just know” what she wants and needs. I am not able to tell what she needs at any given time, I am very extroverted and I talk a lot. So if I want something, I ask for it. If I wanted sex, I would say “I wanna have sex”. She could never do that lol. She wanted me to somehow just know that. Not every m…

My wife has OCD about cleanliness, so yeah, that article makes sense to me. I try to read her needs, but she’s really OCD, beyond normal.

Lol, I do. But if the trash is full, I don’t always know that! She expects me to just know shit! Besides, if I do something, she says I do it wrong! How can you take the trash out wrong lol? How can you load the dishwasher wrong?! She gets pissed off that I load the thing wrong!

Lol, ok. My daughter complains about her husband that way too, it’s universal! Men are kind of funny that way, we are very preoccupied in our mental life so sometimes you have to break into our thoughts and get our attention and ask for help! My daughter doesn’t wanna do that, she wants him to just know! But I told her she can’t fight it, just ask him for help. We want to help! We really do.

Yeah I get it, but I don’t always know that something needs to be done. All she has to do is ask! I don’t mind asking for help if I need it. I don’t wanna play mind reader.

I think a starting point for us was Men are from Mars, women are from Venus. Kind of dated and imperfect, but it starts the conversation. Example: my wife emasculates me by acting like I’m too stupid to do stuff around the house; she expects me to read her mind about what she wants from me. I don’t just know that she wants the trash out, make it easy by asking for what you want. And act like you trust your man to be competent when he fixes stuff!

Are you dating a man or in a relationship? Because my problems with my wife revolves around her communication issues and her not understanding the male psyche.

Not sure why you would get downvotes, but this site seems to get brigaded by feminists from time to time. Men quite agree that there’s a double standard, but I think that most men don’t care about IMD or IWD, they’re both a joke to most productive people who have better things to do.

It’s weird, not sure what there is to disagree with lol. For 99.999% of history and the earth’s population, life was ordered with gender roles. It makes biological sense.

I would have to write a book, but by nature, I mean how people generally tend to gravitate and aggregate through self-interest and in the interests of ordering a good society. Since many socio-cultural phenomena involve overlapping Bell curves, we get all screwed up when we generalize, because there is huge overlap. But generally, women are better child care givers than men, and men are better combat soldiers than women. At the margins, any given man can be a great child care giver, and women ca…

I did not say that I want to fight back because “they started it”. I said, I want to fight back to get to a normal state of cultural affairs vis-a-vis women. Since you’re intentionally being daft, take your appeal for equality. What does that mean? Women and men can have equal opportunities in the proper spheres, but we can’t have equal outcomes in those spheres. Feminists want equal, or more than equal, outcomes in all things, and in spheres where they don’t even belong! So, examples of the fir…

Sigh. Do you do nuance at all? Look what I wrote: women attacked men by GOING AGAINST THE GRAIN OF NATURE. MEN WANT TO GO BACK TO A MORE NORMAL AND NATURAL STATE OF AFFAIRS. I don’t like writing essays, and I don’t feel like explaining all that to you.

Your post is not going to be greeted with a lot of support because it misapprehends the problem. Feminists have generally gone against the grain of nature; they started the attacks on men. Men are the ones generally wanting to go back to a more natural state of affairs.

Women talk that way. “You always forget to take out the trash”. “You never tell me that you love me”. This language difference is real, books have been written about this phenomenon.

In high school the girls were attracted to the “bad boys”. Sumpin in the female brain is attracted to “power” and “confidence”. Andrew Tate seems to know that side of women and uses it to his advantage to create a bad boy dominant male image to attract a certain type of female. It’s all very low brow “cave man” stuff, but very effective among a certain type of female.
