Saves time. I spend too much time soaking in the scalding heat from the shower, reserving it for later when my wife sucks me dry while sleeping. So by the time the shower is getting cold I only have like 30 seconds left to wash up.

You know how when it rains it makes it hard to see through your cars windshield? And when using the wipers it makes it easy to see? Same concept. Post nut clarity is like clearing the windshield so we can see clearly again.

I was glancing through the post, then completely stopped after he mentioned "keywords". Your summation seems way more rooted in reality than what I skimmed through.

If I'm interested in someone at my gym, what's a good way to approach them?

6'1". Don't have a scale but probably 210-230. I've just been using the machines, but I'm up to 80lbs for arms and up to 200 for legs. I've seen noticable muscle since sept and my wife said she can see that I've lost weight.

I didn't want to do a covert contract, thats why I straight up asked beforehand. I've done them before in similar situations.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
