The truth is alot of young people spend way to much money on other shit that they don't need. Thousands of dollars on expensive clothes, gym membership they don't use, eating out multiple days during the week, drinking at bars every weekend, living in expensive rentals and so on. Absolutely, which =/= "living costs are higher". It's cheaper and especially easier to raise children than ever in human history.

Besides being much better for your skin than hot water, it's a harmless way to train yourself to cope with physical discomfort. It's always to a big mental hurdle to cross to actually bring yourself to step into that cold water, so the accomplishment feels fantastic every time. It lets you start every day with a victory.

Neither of those studies mention anything about any permanent negative effect. At most, you can conclude you should be ejaculating often when you're trying to knock a chick up.

You're right, but the meaning of the word has changed and you'll only be causing misunderstandings by sticking to the correct meaning. Even many "liberal" parties are now just progressive or social-liberal parties. Thanks to the changed meaning, it is now conservative to be a real liberal.

When Im out with my friends, i never get to be just a friend, i always have to be "that asian friend". That's not very strange if you have a clear external attribute that is different from your friends. I'm still seen as a foreigner after 25 years, but as long as it's not used negatively, there's no reason to care about it. So not like this, which sounds like racism: If im dating a non asian girl, its always met with questions about "why is she dating an asian". I'd like to go towards a world wh…

Why do you let Hollywood's portrayal of an ethnicity affect your life?

What went "wrong" is that there has been a development that enables even low-income households to have luxuries that were almost unheard of 60 years ago.

Especially the Nordic countries are much more 'developed' than the US when it comes to feminism. For example, the genderless pre-schools in Sweden.

If you believe in socialism, you're still trapped in a beta-male / female mindset. If you think that you deserve somebody else's money to be redistributed, you're a freeloader - the opposite of an independent actor with his own agency. On the other side of the coin, if you feel that your money (which you traded for a set period of your finite life that you'll never get back) is desreved by those who haven't earned it, then you're a slave to imposed guilt. That's a nice theory, until you start to…

After Pim Fortuyn, Theo van Gogh and with the popularity of Geert Wilders, the Netherlands is a little more open to the possibility that islam is not compatible with Dutch culture. That sort of thing is not happening in Sweden. Instead, we've seen an asylum seeker murdering two Swedes because "they were Swedish", a Swede attacking muslim primary school children with a sword and numerous accounts of arson directed at MENA asylum seekers - all in the last half year. Still, there is very little ope…

Besides our retirement system is on the verge of collapse. American women on average give birth to 2.1 children (replacement rate). German women on average give birth to 1.2 children. Do you want us to force breed them? If not, and we also don't want our retirees to go hungry, we NEED migration. To support your retirement system, you need migration which contributes to your tax base - and MENA migration does not. Look up any western country, at any point in time, which has a significant group of…

Sorry, we aren't all kobe which has had amazing genetics that set him on the alpha path when he was small. Then it's just refining it with a strong work ethic. Boohoo, poor little you didn't get any amazing genetics. Did you read the post? The most amazing thing about Kobe and anyone else at the top of their field is their dedication, not their talent. Great dedication beats great genetics any time, it's the combination of both that is unbeatable.

He was talking about money. Reddit gold isn't worth the time it took for me to write this post.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
