I used to work in a feminist work center, aka, the military We had to volunteer at the women's homeless shelter. They had bunk beds, tv's, pet shelter, gaming room, paid day care. It was shitty but better than military issued barracks. I walked outside after volunteering and I saw dozens, if not hundreds, of homeless men. It was staggering... I felt sad, angry, hopeless, all at the same time.
