The bouncer started to recognize us, knew we weren't going to cause problems like others in the college crowd, etc. We found out his favorite brand of smokes and brought him a pack whenever we came in. No waiting in line, even on busy nights. We later found out that he was actually the owner of the bar. He just liked to bounce and let the bar staff handle the inside stuff.
