| 9 | Gratitude: What are you thankful for?Almost done with my fall semester of my grad program, only one semester left until I graduate! This is especially big for me because I’m the first in my immediate family to go to graduate school. I’m also thankful for all of the dishes I’ve gotten to cook and bake recently. It’s like therapy for me. I’m thankful for my puppy. I’ve had her since April and I love her to death. And I’m always thankful for my boyfriend and my family. | 2 | Holiday Baking IdeasI’ve also been trying to expand my baking repertoire. I’ve always been more of a cook than a baker. But so far this season, I’ve made some cranberry oatmeal cookies, found an excellent recipe on foodnetwork. I also did a pumpkin cake, this wasn’t really from scratch, it basically doctored up a yellow cake mix and some pumpkin purée. I made a few other things so far but those have been my two favorites.
