Agreed. But as you said, I think many to most women (or people in general) have severe self esteem issues, and in turn many to most women seem to like “assholes”. These women are really seeking validation that someone so cold could “melt” for them - the asshole will not melt, and as the woman rinses and repeats this, she may eventually 1) deal with it or 2) mature to the point that assholes are no longer attractive.

I’ve had a few willing to do that. And I don’t know, maybe emotional connection/investment before sex? I know that’s radical these days.

But there is simply no “lying” with actions - hold men accountable. Not thinking I’m better, I was that person also.

How many times do we need to be “used” before you figure out that a man should commit before you fuck him? For me, it was once.

Plenty of women are holding off on sex until commitment is established. Not the norm though, agreed, and probably never will be again.

Not a bad thing for men lol. Radical feminism is gaining some traction, but most women haven’t heard of it or write it off.

It is true, and it is cheap. Men will fuck just about anything. Consider transferring that feminist mindset towards maintaining the pussy power we have as women. Holding off on sex is the ultimate “fuck you” to patriarchy. The sex positive / “free love” bullshit was a product of male thirst and we all fucking bought it in the name of “female empowerment”. Do what you want of course! But this is dragging down the perceived value of all women. Let’s take back our power and have higher standards fo…

I think this is a place where males and females share frustration with their own group. Mine is the opposite of yours though - I wish women would stop “simping” for low tier men. These females are pathetic females. Similar to your case with men, these women who will fuck a guy on the first date, and let him live with her for free after a few months of dating, and let him play video games 24 hours a day, are lowering the perceived value of all females. If this woman at X on the “value scale” will…

What about how many women we see getting “played” - used for sex with no intention of commitment from the guy - by men who are clearly less attractive than the female. Every woman I know has been used by some guy with nothing going for him, looks and otherwise. Are self esteem issues just that bad?

I think women adopt it in sporadic one-offs. No mainstream source would recommend it these days - it’s out.

Yep, great point. Our parents don’t understand - you would almost surely end up with a high school classmate or a mutual friend before 30 in their day.

Agreed, commitment after hookup is very uncommon. So why do women’s magazines and media tell women that sex on the third date while you’re basically still strangers is the norm? I think a lot of women (with self esteem issues at play - most women do have self esteem issues of some kind) are afraid to scare a guy off by rejecting sexual advances. Lots of women think “if I don’t put out, he’ll just find someone else who will” - regardless of whether the man is a “Chad” or just an average guy. When…

There’s definitely a disadvantage, not arguing that. I’m saying it’s possible and perfectly attainable to make up for it plenty.

Girls don’t give a flying fuck about most of this shit he listed. And not because “girls only care about height”, this is what pathetic OP chooses to blame for his multitude of other shortcomings. My boyfriend is 5’8, awesome career, most fun person I’ve ever been around, confidence through the roof - women overlook appearance A LOT.

True, I think for some women that anger/resentment phase is a necessary starting point, so I understand.

I’m just saying it contributes heavily to the predisposed risk of this sub becoming extremely “toxic”. And we’re halfway there. And every time we’re calling men reproductive parts, we’re signaling to recovering “pickmeishas” (stupid name-calling term that I also loathe) that may happen upon FDS that this sub is hateful, demeaning, and comprised of low-value women who resort to name-calling and black-and-white binary thinking (a MASSIVE indicator of emotional immaturity). So let’s level up.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/05/20 01:57 PM

When women are calling men “scrotes” and unmatching for saying “so what’s your snapchat?” or “you’re cute”, it is pretty much demeaning men for existing. This sub is becoming extremist. Whatever the reason, referring to someone as a term for genitals makes you a gross person, regardless of gender.

Well I definitely think actions are more important than words so I’m glad it helped you mentally level up from your ex! That is the goal, and the end justifies the means.

How is wiping a disgusting term from my vocabulary and encouraging others to do the same “making myself small”? Just say you enjoy demeaning men just like a “LVM” enjoys demeaning women and go.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/05/20 01:32 PM

It’s extremely not classy, I don’t think “high value” people partake in name-calling at all, and I think there are more than enough disgusting terms for either gender.

Thank you! And this is all I’m saying, not urging a ban on the words or anything, just saying we should take a look at the message we’re conveying when we use sexual anatomy terms to describe either gender / blanket statements. I agree completely - in fact aren’t we all hoping all men are not trash, and ruthlessly cutting them off until we find one worth dating?

I should say raising the collective perceived value. I think the constant anger and ranting (which is justified) sometimes gives off a “petulant children” vibe. Women who have bought in to the “no-strings attached sex is liberating” and other liberal feminism concepts take one look at the top few posts titled “DISGUSTING!!! AUDACITY OF SCROTES” and will roll their eyes and laugh as they scroll away from what seems like a miserable group of pissed off women.

Yes, I can really relate to that also, and I think it is important to throw the whole man away after just one red flag - and this is a huge starter concept to digest at first. As for “LVM”/“HVM”, I think a lot of male behavior is based on the woman’s perceived value. See the Dreamgirl v. Becky post... it’s not that a man is 100% HV, it’s that he is willing to step up and treat the woman he wants who lays out that she will take no shit and be a “HVM” for her. (Disclaimer: some qualities need to b…

It is naively bad behavior to tolerate idiotic or downright cruel men. Tolerance reinforces the men’s shitty behavior.

I think it’s ignorance, obviously they don’t intentionally place their standards that far below sea level. Some truly believe that their subpar guy is the best they can do. FDS needs to be extensively rebranded and distributed to more women to drive change, just like liberal feminism was.

Unfortunately a lot of women seem to buy in to the idea that any form of “Female Dating Strategy” or “game playing” isn’t a healthy way to form a relationship. Dating is a game, sorry. And many women need rules and boundaries just to stay sane while sifting through men.

Note to our future selves when we demand a prenup eventually lol: I saw a really good line from a divorce lawyer for when your partner is insulted/worried when you suggest a prenup, tell them marriage already has a built-in prenup: your state’s marriage law. This flipped it for me completely, because I was always kinda anti-prenup.

Yep - being the one who’s “out of the other’s league” in a relationship is such an ego boost. Til they get inflated egos and start acting like they’re the catch and dump you, and it leaves your self esteem even lower lol. Someone on your “level” is absolutely a need.

Elliot Scott doesn’t have 100% FDS-approved advice but he did say “if most women decided they’d only date men who eat dog shit, most men would be eating dog shit”. I’m honestly a little pissed at beautiful, high-quality women whose standards are at the floor because they are inadvertently ruining the dating pool for all single women.

EW. That’s why I wait for a guy to post me first, I will never again date a lukewarm guy who isn’t itching to show me off. You could’ve wasted a lot more than a year. :)

I think a lot of FDS is based on amoral self preservation, which is why some tactics sound hypocritical. Some women are so fed up with being hurt that they become the stone cold one who doesn’t give a shit.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/05/20 10:54 AM

I personally would not do this but one of the main pillars in the handbook is that FDS is “amoral”.

Exactly though - you were ashamed and didn’t want to dub him “boyfriend”. Just like uninterested men do to women they don’t want to dub “girlfriend”. I say it’s fine if it’s on your terms like that!

Geez I think that is worse than the average man, at least the average man just avoids the commitment conversation and strings naive women along, your guy seriously falsified it all - much worse in my opinion. Sorry that happened. Can’t even rely on commitment meaning anything apparently lol.

I did the test with my man, and to almost every “this or that” he said “those are both bare minimum expectations”. E.g., “do you feel more appreciated when your partner says they’re proud of you, or when you hold hands”. ???

I’m sorry that happened. I don’t like the idea of making “friends” with a new woman while in a relationship with me. It’s just stupid. Old friends, fine I guess until there’s a problem.

My ex would throw things/yell/break down in angry tears also. So pathetic and man-child-like, makes me cringe. I wish I had dumped him. Instead I tried to console him and was swatted away.

Wouldn’t even a HVM want to put forth minimum effort, like anyone? You don’t offer to pay $50 for something priced at $20. Genuinely asking. I think the issue might be more that now this man, regardless of his value, may perceive OP as lower value than she truly is. So I agree she should probably cut this off.

YEP men know exactly what they should be doing, but it’s human nature to skate by doing the bare minimum. And women let them. Here’s to higher standards.

What about the times when you are actually interested in a guy more than sexually / you would desire a second date and he decides he only wants to “use your pussy”?

I can’t emotionally handle no-strings-attached sex and every other community thinks that’s because I “need to work on my self esteem”. I’m here mainly for the sexual advice - the mainstream dating ideology that it doesn’t matter if you have sex after 6 hours or 6 months is just insane. There’s nothing empowering about fucking any guy who texts you a few times a week and pretending not to care in the name of “female sexual freedom” and “sticking it to the patriarchy” - laughable. https://www.amer…

Sorry - what should he say? “Pussy”? Or are you saying he shouldn’t be so specific and leave it at “sexual assault”? In that case I agree, the finger insertion visualization is kinda graphic.

The difference in my skin quality/complexion while single/spending time and energy on a man who seems to care about me versus while in a relationship with a literal sociopath is an unexpected bonus.

I find it hard to believe as well but he just isn’t really a sexual person (as far as my possibly uninformed opinion on him goes). He agreed to go see a doctor and maybe it could be a testosterone issue.

Because that’s the “only thing wrong” and “everything else is perfect about him/them”. Seems to be correct, but that’s a BIG problem to have for life! And yep she’s beautiful but this destroys her self esteem every day. It is so strange because he really does love her it seems, but more like a sister/mother/family - I think they’ve been together so long and dove into a marriage-like situation (living together, etc) so quickly and so long ago that the lustful spark is gone.

YES my Friend 1 takes pride in acting like a settled-down 45 year old and never wanting to go out and dressing way older than her age - “PhD in maturity” type. I feel like we have so much time to be that way, why rush into it? Meanwhile I had finally broken out of a terrible long term relationship with a total scrub/jerk so I just wanna be a little wild and have fun with my friends, so it’s annoying when all she wants to do is wine night at her place. Right but to openly admit that you view that as an option..... regardless of the reality. Some guys get “overweight” clauses added to their prenups, so I guess nothing should surprise us anymore.

Well he also never initiates. He has NO interest in anything sexual at all. He wants a roommate who will also do “wifely duties”. But true, this is still controlling it 100%. AND he gets mad and says it really turns him off when she tries to talk about the lack of sex. WHAT.
