1	If it is illegal to have sex with a drunk woman, it surely means that it is also illegal for a woman to have sex while drunk. Would she be committing a criminal act by participating? it is illegal to have sex with a person incapable of giving consent due to intoxication (i.e. drunk girl); Why is everyone saying this when this has nothing to do with this specific law?! Unless it is already a law in California for this to occur, this law doesn't change that at all. You still have to be convicted of rape before this law applies.	/r/MensRights	06/10/16 05:02 PM

This bill would prohibit a court from granting probation or suspending the execution or imposition of a sentence if a person is convicted of rape, sodomy, penetration with a foreign object, or oral copulation That is the text of the bill. It isn't saying it's illegal to have sex with a drunk woman. It's saying the court can't grant probation for someone convicted of certain crimes, if those crimes were committed when the person was intoxicated.	/r/MensRights	06/10/16 12:17 PM
1	California Eliminates Statute Of Limitations On Rape Cases Same. I think it has the chance to both help and hurt. I think it will help those who have been able to realize they were raped but didn't realize it until after the statute of limitations. I also think it will open the door for people to easily abuse this and claim they were raped when they really weren't.
