Gloves will hinder your ability to lift, but you need to be careful with pull type excersizes. The bar knurl can rip your callouses off if you don't use the correct grip. Mark Rippetoe has a good Youtube video on this technique.

I would end it asap, even before she leaves. Might be inconvenient, but it saves you a lot of nights in the future doubting whether you should go out on the prowl. Or if that's what she's doing in the EU. I'm struggling lately to understand why so many young women think it's okay to vacation solo when they are in a LTR. Seems to be a commonly held opinion. I can say a few things. -A manual trans in a car (not a truck) will be more attractive. -Women in the Midwest dig a man in a newer truck. -manual trans, rwd, and 4 doors is the superior platform. -it helps a ton if you have a nice car, that's fast... but only if you can make the women feel safe with YOU in control behind the wheel.

As others have said, read Mark Rippetoe's book on Starting Strength and follow a SL5x5 program. Get diet on lock, I suggest watching some of Stan Efferding's vertical diet talks available on YouTube. Then as you surpass noob gainz, look up Jim Wendler and his 531 program.

Is there a general consensus on which psych meds, if any, are acceptable? SSRIs, benzos, NAOIs, ADHD medications, lithium, etc etc. From my experience, a group-b doesn't necessarily take any psych medications, but would argue for a strong correlation with benzo/adderral use (again, anecdotal evidence based).
