You're still very young and people with the most debilitating depression, anxiety and mental illness have overcome them in the past. There's no reason you cannot either. The combination of the negative side effects, the effectiveness eventually wearing off, possible reliance on the drugs, and the fact that you're only masking the problem, make me incredibly wary.
