There are some really great neighborhoods around Lincoln park, west loop, river north etc. Chicago has more beautiful women than you’ll find in a lot of the cities listed in this thread just because of the massive population. NYC and LA being the exception but I don’t think that makes them better cities for single men. I’d rather live in Chicago any day.

It’s the 3rd most populated city in the US and twice as affordable as NY and LA. With its strong job market, this makes it the premiere place to live for young professionals in the Midwest. I found women in Chicago to be less superficial than those in NYC or LA, and Midwestern women are just more down to earth in general.

Chicago is literally better than all the cities listed in tier 1

That’s a meme because of all the ski bros etc. I moved to Denver recently and have been slaying. I asked a few women about the dating scene and a lot can’t stand all the aloof stoners and bros here, but if you’re a young professional with your shit together…there’s an unlimited supply of successful, beautiful and fit women.

The friend zone isn’t even a real thing. I’ve fucked so many of my women “friends” over the years. It’s all in your head. If you’re a high value man with your shit together, even your “friends” will want to fuck you. Once word gets out that you’re good in bed it’s almost a self fulfilling prophecy.

When you say broken up with do you mean these were your girlfriends that you've been dating and fucking for an extended period of time?

I have experienced this a handful of times but have gotten much stricter in how I evaluate photos to the point that it's really not a problem anymore. If there's any doubt at all due to use of filters, weird angles etc then I just don't bother. Hasn't been a problem since I started screening for obvious signs of photo fuckery.

Telling you she isn't looking for anything serious doesn't really mean shit. Usually that means they're trying to keep their own expectations in check just as much as yours. But they'll still be interested when they meet someone they click with, could be 2 days after a breakup, could be 2 years.

One girl I’ve been seeing lives a couple hours away and doesn’t want to risk it because she’s a nurse. We have been doing virtual date nights and it’s actually pretty fun.

I’ve always strived to end things on good terms and not burn bridges. Always did it on principle, little did I realize it would pay dividends during a quarantine. I’ve received more nudes and thirsty snaps in the last 2 weeks than the previous year or two combined. On the positive side, nudes are awesome. On the negative side, I am going to get hospitalized for blue balls before I ever catch coronavirus.

My female friends that are 9-10 get hit on a lot, problem is it’s always wasted af thirsty dudes. They rarely get approached by what I would consider a normal guy. That’s probably why most of their BFs have been someone they met through a friend.

It comes from lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodology. Worth looking into for professional and personal development.

Kaizen comes from lean methodology. Basically, think of all of the things you do that do not add value or are wasteful. Then remove those from your life and replace them with value added activities.

This kinda reminds me of a recent encounter for some reason. A beautiful young woman held the door for me walking into my office the other morning. I made a joke about chivalry not being dead and we chat for a couple of minutes. I told her I had to get to work and tried to number close but apparently she was taken. I said the good ones often are and before I could walk away she said not to judge a book by its cover. Turns out she was on her way to a morning counseling session, and she’s struggli…

Lol this reads like a conversation with most of my committed/married friends. Very few of them had their shit together whatsoever before they stumbled into a relationship and their woman whipped them into shape. Now they’re all shadows of their former selves, molded into whatever their partner wanted. If you were to dump them back into the single life they’d be lost all over again because they never really found themselves before they found a wife.

If they’re cool and we were otherwise vibing I usually say something along the lines of “cool well you have hot friends right” and then enlist them as a wing woman

That’s technically accurate as well, but informally the stomach, abdomen and belly are essentially synonyms, which is why that girl’s comment is so hilariously stupid. She corrected an informal word with another informal synonym instead of the technical term, which was really her only opportunity to “correct” him. Shit I’m bored too.
/r/seduction25/01/19 04:29 PM

Technically it’s the abdomen. Stomach and belly are just informal synonyms. That girl is a racist and an idiot.

Not sure what your work environment is like, but I used to work at a large headquarters and meeting co-workers for coffee/lunch was pretty common and a good way to get to know people. It seems innocent enough, but depending on your conversation skills and emotional intelligence, you can lead it into not so innocent territory tactfully.

I read through your other posts below and I think the main reason you’re being downvoted is that you misunderstand and argue against what essentially amounts to a straw man. You’re also only looking at this from one angle. Sure some pick up artists delve in the arts of deception or what you refer to as a player. However I find that a large part of the community has great respect for women, and we’re open and honest with the women we date. If men only talk to and date one woman at a time, we’re s…

Absolutely not. I haven’t updated my Facebook or Instagram in 4+ years and literally zero women I’ve dated actually gave a fuck about it. Snapchat is nice to have since some women are really into it. This advice is basically only true if you rely on dating apps to meet girls because it lets them creep your Instagram before meeting you.
/r/seduction28/06/18 03:38 PM

Yeah dating girls below 18 is pretty taboo in the states once you’re in college basically. I personally only date women 21+ due to our drinking laws. I have no interesting dating a woman that can’t even get into bars.

I’ve broken it off with plenty of attractive women due to undesirable personality traits, just not being a good match once getting to know them, or signs of crazy. I doubt attractive women get rejected on the spot as most men are willing to give a pretty girl a chance as far as getting to know them. A lot of men are even willing to look past their personality flaws but that’s too much of a headache for me.

A few different girls between Jan-March but I’ve been dating the same girl for about the last month now. We haven’t discussed being exclusive yet but I don’t have time or interest in other women at the moment so maybe it’s headed in that direction soon.

I call this my stream of consciousness conversation style. People always comment on how I always have something to say, great conversationist blah blah. I just tell them the truth which is that I converse with little to no filter for my thoughts. Results vary from being hilarious and confident, to once in a while being quite rude or insensitive.

I almost never do, mainly because I’m already in contact with them via text, call, Snapchat, actually seeing them etc so liking their social media posts is pretty pointless.

Where there’s a will there’s a way my friend. Get creative. I’ve fucked girls in bathrooms, hotels, my friend’s beds, car, outside against the side of a house, garage, beach, in the grass in the woods... Shit I think I just realized I’m kind of a man whore.

It happens, if the girl you’re interested in stumbled over her words it sounds like she was a little nervous., possibly shy. Worth another shot in my opinion.
/r/seduction15/12/17 01:27 PM
16

Depends on the age really. High school girls maybe would reject you in front of their friends because they’re nervous or don’t know how to handle the situation. College girls and older I’ve found the friend group will blatantly encourage the girl to go out with me because they love the confidence of the approach or thought I was funny etc. Unless you totally botch the approach in which case the friends will probably tell you to piss off.

Happens to the best of us dude don’t even sweat it. Sometimes if a girl doesn’t know what she’s doing on top I can literally lose my boner while inside her LOL. Anyway as others have said, don’t jerk off within a day or two of going out and you won’t have an issue.
/r/seduction09/12/17 06:04 PM

Dude...fucking popcorn? Really bro? You’re so inside your own head that’s just crazy dude. Go see a doc first to make sure your testosterone levels are normal and what not. Stop jerking off for a while and you’ll be hard as a rock next time you so much as get a glimpse of a naked woman.
/r/seduction11/11/17 08:51 PM

The simplest explanation here is she’s 17. Of course she doesn’t know how to handle rejection or navigate relationships yet. Good on you for making your intentions clear and standing your ground.

Dude I highly doubt they ditched you over your dick size, jeez man. They could have been out just having fun and had to leave for a number of reasons after they went to the bathroom. I don't think buying drinks for the 3 of you is a big deal but wouldn't normally recommend doing that for randoms. In any case you should have isolated the girl and escalated further to try to take her home. Or if you don't want to take her home you tell her you need to go meet some friends elsewhere or whatever and…

It's all about precedent and expectations. If you start off texting frequently she's going to expect that to be maintained if you're still interested. Once she noticed you change your behavior she adjusted accordingly. If you had been an infrequent texter from the get go, using texts primarily for setting up dates and the occasional conversation, then you never would have had to change your behavior and she would have simply adapted to your style. In other words, quit playing games with texting …

Try being 6'4 with small hands. Most men my size have pretty damn big hands. I was insecure about this in high school but I'm 28 now and it has literally never been a problem with women. Most don't even realize or comment on it.
/r/seduction17/08/17 04:32 PM

I flirt with all women unless they're my friend's wife/girlfriend and even then you can be playful within certain boundaries. Occasionally this has resulted in a female friend becoming attracted and throwing themselves at me but I normally try to avoid that.

Your height is definitely an advantage. If you follow a good lifting program you could add about .5-1lb of muscle per week of dedicated working out and eating correctly. Girls aren't necessarily going to approach you. Being physically fit will improve your self-confidence and energy, and women will find you more attractive in general, but it's not going to be a silver bullet to getting laid without the inner game and conversation skills to compliment your appearance.
/r/seduction09/08/17 08:49 PM
1

Just based on your height/weight you could probably add some muscle and go up to 175-185 and look great.
/r/seduction09/08/17 08:25 PM
3

Depends on the girl and how out of shape we're talking. Obese is basically a no go for 99% of non-obese women. If you're rocking a dad bod a lot of women will not care. Generally speaking though, being physically fit is going to increase your attractiveness to most women by a significant amount.
/r/seduction09/08/17 07:10 PM

Don't really agree with this at all. 3-4 days is way too long after a first date. I typically wait until the next day after work. A lot of girls will text first by this time. If not I'll let them know if I had fun or whatever and typically tease them about something we talked about. Keep it short and sweet and it doesn't come off as needy at all.

Besides drinking too much, Solid effort but you put her on a pedestal and overly invested from the get go. Also you were alone so you had to try to artificially create social value and no doubt she saw through that. Having friends around would have made this 100x easier. Given the situation and logistics you described I would have just tried to number close during the first interaction and told her you couldn't make it to her show that night. Then ask her how the show went and invite her on some…

A lot of people date around. You've only been on a few dates, why would you expect her to 100% commit to you? Are you 100% committed to her? If it makes you uncomfortable then I'd try to find someone more monogamous.
/r/seduction08/08/17 02:32 PM

Good. She's some other guy's problem now. Focus on yourself and you'll find someone that makes you happy along the way.

If this is your mindset you've already lost. You might want this girl back but the fact is she's already GONE. Don't worry about impressing her or anything. Be indifferent to her. Be pleasant, a minute or two of small talk at most. Then just have a good time with your friends.
/r/seduction02/08/17 08:56 PM

Yep. I make a point to chat up women on the street whenever I'm out walking in the city. Daytime is a little bit more difficult, I have a much higher success rate on nights during the weekend when people are a little buzzed walking between bars or waiting in line etc.
/r/seduction24/07/17 06:57 PM

Hot women really aren't that different from their less attractive peers. You need to modify your approach on the fly to the individual and their personality, not their physical appearance.
/r/seduction11/07/17 03:23 PM

1-2x per week is enough to keep them interested without smothering each other but there can of course be exceptions to your general guidelines ya know?
/r/seduction03/07/17 06:43 PM

Kudos to you dude that you're approaching as that is half the battle right there. You just need to work on your conversation skills and thinking quickly on your feet. You made a cold read on the girl which is great but you didn't have a follow up plan! Even if your cold read is wrong that's no big deal, you can thread off of it but you didn't know how. She asked why you thought she was a hairdresser and you could have transitioned into a conversation about her kick ass hair and style or whatever…

In general I would say yes but certainly depends on the woman, the situation and of course the man approaching and how he does it.
/r/seduction30/03/17 01:13 PM
2

First of all he's a shitty friend and seems to be using you to get girls and clean up your sloppy seconds. 2nd stop introducing him to girls as your friend at all because that validates him and he's clearly not your friend. 3rd don't live with him next year and in general just stop hanging out with him during the rest of your current lease.
/r/seduction03/03/17 04:45 PM

It kind of depends on the situation. I Text/Snapchat a couple of times per week and occasionally talk on the phone with a few girls that I call locationships. They live 1-2 hours away and I either met them through a friend or during my travels. It's a great way to keep in touch, is always flirty and never interview-like. The reality is we can't see each other that often so we have to communicate somehow if we like each other. I guess it's a little different since I have slept with these women an…

Why not just wait for her sister to leave? She can't be visiting that much longer right? Family first man you gotta respect that if you want to continue seeing this girl.
/r/seduction24/02/17 02:47 PM

When I want to get rid of the bitch butterflies I just go approach a bunch of women until I get it out of my system. It helps because chances are you'll meet a few great women along the way and realize the one you've built up in your mind isn't a special snowflake, just another human like the rest of us.

Do you not have any female friends? Hearing their thoughts and perspective on nights out and interactions with men is pretty insightful. It supports the OP's post much more than yours though. The TL:DR is Women like men, and love dick, but only if they're attracted to you, otherwise you're a creep.
/r/seduction02/02/17 08:27 PM

That's fine if you've never really talked to her 1 on 1. Again I don't think it's creepy to add her on snapchat.

I think you'd be better off just asking her out but I don't think it would be creepy to add her on snapchat.

I usually see 2-3 at a time and if a new girl or two pops up and I feel strained for time I'll trim the roster down a bit. I don't see an issue with sleeping with multiple women, as long as you're up front about the fact that you're seeing other women when asked.
/r/seduction24/10/16 04:10 PM

I usually just say hi, tease them about it and then move on with whatever I was doing.
/r/seduction23/09/16 10:01 PM

Split up into sets of 2-3, pick up women in your separate groups then merge into one big party. It's difficult to pull in a large group like that and can be intimidating for smaller sets of women.
/r/seduction08/08/16 02:35 PM

Absolutely do not ever open with "How old are you?" Use your brain man. You said you wanted to date women 22 and up. All you have to do is ask them at some point where they went to university, what year they graduated etc. and you'll get all the information you need.
/r/seduction13/07/16 10:17 PM
3

You know you're allowed to talk to people and find out how old they are right?
/r/seduction13/07/16 04:51 PM

27 here so not quite 30 but honestly it's getting easier every year. Partly because I'm much more confident now and even the most gorgeous young girls aren't intimidating to me. Seeing a few girls right now ranging from 22-24 for what it's worth.
/r/seduction01/07/16 02:32 PM

Ask them on a date before you get their number. I usually open, banter for several messages. Schedule a date related to our conversation topics and then get the number after they agree.
/r/seduction30/06/16 08:05 PM

If you have her number just ask her out. That's not needy at all.
/r/seduction28/06/16 01:28 PM

I've actually discussed this with some of my More attractive female friends and acquaintances. Basically the hot ones get hit on by a ton of drunk guys when out at bars and fairly frequently when they're going about their day to day business. This suggests to me that make approach anxiety is not enough to overcome the extra attention that attractive females receive when compared to their less attractive peers.
/r/seduction13/06/16 09:42 PM

Man that 12 week trainer was brutal. I lost 25lbs in 12 weeks though and got stronger, great results would definitely recommend as well!
/r/seduction01/06/16 06:16 PM

Your lesson learned here should be to convey your intentions much earlier in your interactions with women, as in from the very first interaction it should be obvious to the girl that you find her attractive/desirable. If you had been more up front you could already be dating this girl and she wouldn't even be thinking of that dude back home.
/r/seduction31/05/16 06:43 PM

Have a party, invite her to said party. Flirt with her and see what happens.

/r/seduction29/04/16 10:39 PM

This advice is horrible. One recommendation he makes is to stare at them and laugh, the other is to make a joke at your girlfriend's expense? WTF. Don't take advice from a 16 year old. The best way to handle this type of situation is to just enjoy yourself, talk to your other friends or other people in the bar. Your girlfriend is an adult, she's been hit on a million times and can handle those situations perfectly fine on her own. Let her deal with it and come back to you.
/r/seduction24/03/16 09:30 PM

Are you serious dude? He's interviewing her not seducing her. He either didn't know what word she was looking for or was too busy thinking about what he was going to say next. What you said is such a reach its ridiculous.
/r/seduction24/03/16 09:22 PM

It's because you're a 6.5. Even average girls have 100+ matches at any given time and at least 10-20 are above average looking dudes. I've literally watched my friend use tinder before and she gets a match on about 95% of the guys she likes. She's maybe a 7 at best.
/r/seduction02/03/16 03:54 PM

My friend works at a popular college bar and girls leave him their numbers all the time. He's tall, muscular and has that long sunshine flow going. It basically comes down to he's attractive, charismatic and chicks LOVE seeing a man go to work at his craft.

I can't possibly cover "How to talk to girls" in a post here. There is plenty of reading material and YouTube material that could do a better job teaching you than I ever could. Have a look for yourself and start practicing.

Whatever comes to mind. Hi is a good place to start. Honestly you will probably fumble a few words and get nervous but who gives a shit? You need to start getting comfortable talking to girls and the only way to do that is practice.

The same way you conquer fear of anything, face your fear repeatedly until you're no longer afraid. In this case that means you need to touch more women more often. Start small with stuff like hugs, light touching of arms, shoulders etc when something is funny or shocking. Eventually touching becomes natural and an extension of your personality.
/r/seduction08/10/15 09:12 PM

Depends on the girl. I have made girls dinner before for a first date and it went well. Many would be uncomfortable with the idea though so you need good rapport for it to work.

I don't specifically bring it up but I've heard nothing but positive reactions from women when they find out I don't use tinder or any other online dating platforms. I'll usually follow up with something like "wait...you're not one of those tinder girls going out on 10 dates a week for free meals are you?" It generally ends in a pretty interesting conversation if they admit to using tinder and have some funny stories about guys on there. I've even gone through a girls tinder matches with her whi…

Your girlfriend needs to deal with this not you. She needs to cut contact with him, his behavior is creepy, obsessive and 100% not OK.

Just go out and have fun dude. I went on a 2nd "date" with a girl recently where like 6 of her friends joined us at a bar. We had a blast, left together after all her friends got wasted, and banged all night. Then her dog got mad I was sleeping in her bed and pissed on the floor. Good times.

Dude, we get it. You resent the world for getting walked all over earlier in life because you thought being "nice" would get you laid. Your attitude towards women is complete shit and a little bit insane.

"Cool, so where are you hiding your hot friends?" Has worked for me before, sometimes the friends are even better looking.

Experience dating our competition, other men. All I'm saying is a woman's perspective on certain situations can be valuable. I have a friend that wings for me when we go out and some of the things she notices are interesting. If it makes you feel better to carry on believing all women are oblivious to their emotions, environment, desires, motivations etc then keep on carrying on. Cheers.

Believe it or not, some women actually speak from experience and don't just regurgitate shit from cosmos like this sub would lead you to believe.
/r/seduction14/08/15 06:48 PM

That's a pretty extreme thing to say. Some women are very well grounded and provide valuable insight, it's pretty rare though so in general you're right. I often ask my female friends what they think just to hear what they say, and then we have a conversation about what I think of their advice, how that has played out in the past etc. it's pretty interesting actually.

Some guys don't give a shit about $5-10 dude. He said he doesn't buy them dinner and they usually go out for 1-2 drinks. I personally feel like I would be insulting myself if I asked a girl to pay for a single drink. If you go multiple rounds or different venues then pay for the first and have her pick up the 2nd.

simple questions about your work or where you live are not really the ideal time to crack jokes. Girls want to know those things to help them build some comfort with you. If you won't even tell them the basics then they're going to assume you're hiding something or not genuine.
/r/seduction15/06/15 05:00 PM

She was asking you pretty standard first date questions and you wouldn't give her straight answers. She didn't like that and lost interest pretty early on it seems. Relax, open up a bit and you'll find women will reciprocate. Put up walls early and they'll do the same. You should be actively breaking down barriers, not putting them up.

Think about it though, those girls get hit on by so many men that they probably reject 95% of the men that ask them out. Then throw in the personality factor, your approach etc and suddenly your odds don't look great from a pure numbers perspective. However you never know when you're going to meet that 10 whose personality perfectly fits your own and you hit it off from the go.

30 texts dude? Every 20-30 minutes? That's overkill man. If you have their number cut the bullshit and immediately set up a date. If they flake, then they flake, not much you can do about that but at least you won't waste your time.

I've found the most important aspect of an approach isn't what you say or necessarily how you say it but your body language and positioning. Simply saying hi and stepping directly in front of a girl is honestly my most effective opener. If she's walking it stops them in their tracks. If they're standing still I'll approach from the front or right next to them if we're at a bar or some other obstacle preventing me from approaching from the front.

What's your budget? Everyone is gonna give you a different answer because there are so many fragrances out there and they all react differently to our skin. I recommend going with something simple to start and branch out from there. It's almost summer so a citrus scent is a safe bet. Something like YSL L'Homme, Chanel Allure, Acqua di gio, dolce and Gabanna light blue. I get compliments from girls all the time wearing any of those but my personal favorite is the YSL L'Homme. In what context is that not creepy and weird? Maybe if you're in a huge hurry and don't have 2 minutes to chat her up first? Tell me, would you ever use that opener, and in what context would you use it?

Sure if you wanna label the behavior beta, I just think it's a shitty opener. Seriously go use his opener 10x this weekend. I guarantee less than 10% of girls will text or call your number after using that opener. I would use it and post the results for shits and giggles if I didn't already know it is an awful opener. It's desperate, weird, and creepy to ask a girl out and offer your phone number with your first line.

Go try his approach for yourself and let me know how it works. I don't like the approach because you would be immediately asking the girl out. Why should she want to go out with you when you literally just met? Your opener should be a lead into a conversation. All this opener says is that you're asking her out purely based on her looks because you know nothing about her, kinda weird and creepy.

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with saying excuse me or do you mind if I interrupt? I took more issue with apologizing for the interaction. As for including the other girls, notice I said only if they're clearly creeping on the conversation. It's more of a slight break in the conversation with the primary girl to call out her friends for creeping then return to the conversation. It can be done in a playful way and is certainly not beta. It would be rude to just not acknowledge t…

Honestly 3-4 is too large a group to roll with in most non bar situations and I find 4 too many for a lot of bar situations too. You're better off going solo or pairing up, then you can go just about anywhere.

I don't like this approach at all. First you say excuse me, then you apologize, and then you give them your number? Might as well just staple a giant vagina to your forehead while you're at it. If there's a group of girls just pick the one you want and direct a question to the rest of the group like "Hey do you all mind if I interrupt to flirt with your friend?" The usual response is some giggling and they either give you some space or creepily observe your conversation. Either way just chat up …

Everybody is hating on OP but one take away here is don't just walk up to a girl and start grinding on her. You gotta tease them a bit and show them you're just fine dancing on your own.

I have no idea what you mean by true camaraderie but you shouldn't be stating your opinion as some sort of objective fact. Many of us do have female friends and we're comfortable hanging out with women platonically. Do you not consider your friends' wives and girlfriends your friends?

How are you supposed to call her boyfriend or find him on facebook exactly? Are you seriously telling me that you would go into private investigator mode all to just tell some random guy their girlfriend might be cheating on them? I wouldn't waste my time.

No, he is not.
/r/seduction28/12/14 01:39 AM

What's he supposed to do? Hunt down her BF, walk up to him and say "hey dude I made out with your GF, she's a cheating whore." Write him a letter maybe? Best thing to do is just leave and forget about it IMO.
/r/seduction28/12/14 01:37 AM

I think it's a ridiculous expectation. The OP has no proof that the girlfriend has ever cheated on her boyfriend, only a suspicion that she wanted to. He has no idea who the boyfriend is, nor should he go out of his way to find out. Even if he did go secret agent mode and tell the boyfriend, why would he believe a random stranger? IMO the only time you ever get involved in something like that is if you know one of the individuals personally, and you have 100% proof that it's happening. Even then…

Story time! 3 of my friends and I went to B dubs a few weeks ago for lunch. It was really slow and we were having way too much fun at our table so the waitress just kept coming back to bullshit with us for 5-10 minutes at a time. Before we left we all wrote our numbers on our receipts as a competition because we were all convinced she liked 1 of us. I don't agree with that at all. Being unemployed is socially destructive regardless of your gender. Though there are plenty of desperate men out there with money that can be exploited by women.

It's a rule based in risk vs reward logic, and the psychology of attraction. Can you tell me what the advantage of having sex with a girl on the first date is, other than adding a notch to the belt? I mean your story is literally exhibit A for my philosophy.
/r/seduction06/05/14 11:40 PM
27

Good field report but you should learn a valuable lesson from this. Trying to escalate to sex on the first date is a short sighted move. The furthest I advocate going on the first date if you actually like a girl and are interested in a relationship is 2nd base, and honestly I think that's a bit far for the long game. Hear me out. If the girl backs off and rejects your advances, then you have made her uncomfortable and she may resent your continuous attempts to escalate despite her resistance. S…

It's not a problem, guys here just think "why waste my time, I've got enough friends" blah blah blah. If you get friend zoned, get the fuck over it and enjoy the addition to your social circle. Attractive women tend to have attractive friends. Why burn a bridge when you can cross the bridge and fuck her hot friends?

I think he's referring to the fact that you could have just gone home with Kate and banged her brains out. Instead you passed her off to Frank, confident that you could make it happen with jane in the long run. Delayed gratification bested instant gratification.

Try standing up and doing 10 push ups to get the blood flowing. Works for me when I don't feel like getting up. If you straight up can't get out of bed then you might have other problems.

Bullshit. You're using statistical averages to infer something about the op. I go to bed between 12-12:30 every night and wake up at 6:30. I exercise 1.5-2 hours per day and feel fine. Never fall asleep in meetings or have any problems with attentiveness. Everybody's different man you shouldn't assume everyone needs the same amount of sleep.

In my experience, random texting throughout the week doesn't really build attraction. If I can't see a girl for a week or two after getting her number, I'll almost always call her up and flirt with her about random shit and attempt to schedule a date at the end of a quick conversation.
