Do mothers have a right to withhold the father's right to be in the birth certificate? I think as long as both are present at the hospital it shouldn't be the case. In any case, the mother gets automatic parental rights.

Agree in principle, but I wouldn't make it illegal, just give rights for the father to decline an abortion. The list of ridiculous stuff in this website against men is too much to bear, abortion aside.
