So far so good, I thinkI was super nervous about getting started too. Like proper gym etiquette and such can be intimidating. I recommend the stronglifts 5x5. It's 5 exercises, so not much to learn. I know it's not great but for the first while I substituted machines instead of the freeweights - like leg press for squats because I didn't feel comfortable doing them on the rack with the big boys. Same with other exercises, but I slowly added more free weights as I got more confident. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/08/17 07:02 PM
So far so good, I thinkI do plan on starting lifting within the next few days. This is more important than anything else. I put it off for a long time once I swallowed, and I regret it. Start immediately. Everything becomes easier when you do. Everything. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 31/07/17 03:56 PM
Husband wants a baby (soon). I don't think I'm ready.I've read about babies born with dislocated shoulders, covered in bruises and such stop this hysteria. Seriously. It's like reading all the gory details of a plane crash before going flying. Useless and stupid. It doesn't seem to take much to destroy a child/ruin them for life. What the fuck are you talking about? You reading victim blogs again about people crying about how they had terrible 1st world problems? Children are VERY RESILIANT. Based on everything I've read it's impossible to have a … | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/07/17 08:50 PM
The Post-Third-Date Awkwardness of Not BangingYou can express a lot of desire and attraction without banging. It's not a light switch [fuck-nofuck], it's a painter's pallet with many colours - you can paint a lot of things without using red or pink. Even words can be super seductive and expressive. "You're so sexy" is a powerful phrase. "I want to so badly, but... not yet, kiss" is much much easier for a man to take than "no, I'm not doing that". Remember, it's 90% an ego thing for a man. His ego is that tiny soft spot in between the large … | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/06/17 04:33 PM
Which Captain is the right kind of Captain?hat 'shocked' him when he learned I wasn't already married (his words). This is called a 'neg'. It's a backhanded compliment. It's meant to undermine you and make you insecure, thus making an opening. It's such a classic line, can't believe you fell for it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/06/17 04:22 PM
I feel like I should know by now whether I want kids?It ruins your body not necessarily. It's also a 20 year commitment, not a lifelong commitment. Also the commitment gets less over time. A 15 year old doesn't really need supervision as much as simple guidance and support. People look at babies and think of the helpless stage where you gotta do everything, it's not 20 years solid of that, despite what bad helicopter moms try to have you believe. It's 5 years of intense caregiving, followed by 10 years of moderate caregiving, followed by maybe 5-1… | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/06/17 08:54 PM
Are u forced to lie to women in the workplace if u are good at what u do and wanna be left alone? Here's a good way. Lazy Woman - "How do make my sharepoint site for important project? I'm trying to set such and such and permissions and file versioning and blahblahblah" Bad way - "sure, let me show you and spend 4 hours training you to use sharepoint, plus an extra 2 hours per week forever because it's now added to my job to manage the site" Good way - "Sure, I'd love to help you. The instructions on using sharepoint can be difficult for a lot of people to understand. Print them off and go t… | /r/askTRP | 12/06/17 10:14 PM
Husband is concerned that everything we do is "family stuff" and there is no "us" anymore. (Married 4 years, 3 year old child)Marriages take work, and right now all your work is going to your son and not your husband. Very bad. Try this: wake up 15 mins early and make breakfast. SMILE and kiss him when you serve it, then give him a compliment. He will feel amazing and your entire world will be lifted up for the rest of the day. Effort: 30 mins of work. Payoff: 24 hours of happiness and bliss. Maybe even 2 days. I promise he'll rock your world later that night too. And don't even start with me about having ONE kid in th… | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/06/17 06:40 PM
I’m struggling to be comfortable in appearing feminine. This is the best advice, and it goes along the line of being able to separate work from home. At work, you'll be a professional who knows all the answers and can take charge. You do that at work, but you need to leave it there. If you try the same approach at home, it will be a disaster. Changing your look completely can help you internalize this separation of roles. At work, stay professional, neutral, etc. However, as soon as you walk in the door at home, you immediately change all your clothe… | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/06/17 06:34 PM
Ltr bringing up another guy.I agree. It's a shit test, but OP is creating this dumb situation himself. Overusing dread. It's best used when you're NOT getting pussy regular. Stupid to use it when she's bending over backwards to make you satisfied. Best response is to keep it light and fun. "Yes but he'll never make you cum like I do, haha" then pick her up and spank her for being a bad girl. | /r/askTRP | 07/06/17 06:53 PM
"He chose his job."Imagine the only source of your validation, respect and love comes from what you provide to others from your job. That's why they do it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/06/17 08:44 PM
