Sure but i was talking about the test. She was steady as any other person on know and they still arrested her. Says to me they were just looking for “evidence” to tack on to the arrest they had already decided to make. And its hardly evidence without a baseline which is never actually obtained in any case nore does anyone look to consider what a persons baseline for those tests would be

You dont need to chose. No to both is the answer if you think you have a fighting chance. Passing field sobriety tests are up to the cop so the point is if they are having u take one they usually have made up their mind to arrest you and now are just trying to get as much evidence as they can

If a cop wants to arrest you for dui they will. They dont need either. Even if you blow under .08 u can be arrested, charged and convicted
