Had a woman like me on a dating app. When I was checking out her profile I saw that she is still living with her ex husband because the housing market is crazy right now. Now I understand and agree that the housing market is crazy right now. It's crazier to be looking for someone while still living with your ex.

True I know a guy who's ex girlfriend said she didn't view her best friend as anything besides a friend. Didn't stop him from surpriseing her with flowers to be rewarded with seeing her get dick downed by said friend. I recommend laying the cards on the table. Tell her you like her and want to go out but her flirting with other guys makes you uncomfortable. If it doesn't work out cut your losses and move on. Other wise your only in for hurt.
