Picked me up from my office to take me on a lunch date during my break. How nice! Check comes, he realizes he doesn't have his debit card. Because he let the girl he ended up leaving me for borrow it the other day 🤡

I agree you should never expect a man to change. But I disagree that you should immediately dump someone any time they aren't perfect. I fuck up constantly in relationships and change my behavior when I'm told it's a problem (if I do agree that it's actually a problem and not the other party being unreasonable). I'd say you should never have to ask for the same thing more than once tho. You cannot make people change, but they can choose to if they feel like it. I choose to change constantly.

Tell him it's important to you. I leveled up and put my foot down about the same thing and my bf decided I was worth the effort. I went from cash being my Christmas gift to custommade jewelry the next year. Men can choose to be HV, most just don't want to try.

No no no NO NOno NO!!!! If you don't feel cheated on enough from the strip club and porn use, he will definitely sleep with this friend at some point.

Lmao I love it!! There are some days where I'm right there with you. Kids are a lot, it's why we won't be having any of our own. The off time is heavenly.

Oh hell no!! My boyfriend's son calls me by my first name. He has two parents, his mom's boyfriend and I are just there to help. Idk I'm not following FDS guidelines to a T here because we are unmarried cohabitators atm. But he and I both were in terrible living situations before we got our place. I understand the pitfalls of cohabitation but I'm better off than where I was, so oh well. Can't be perfect. We did almost do a courthouse wedding last year but ultimately decided we'd both be happier …

My boyfriend says his son and I are in the same tier together as being number one in his life. It's overall healthy but admittedly can be challenging. The key is the child's needs come before my wants, and my needs come before the child's wants. My needs are never at odds with the child's needs, and wants are evaluated on a case by case basis. You can make it work but only with a man who is HV enough. It also helps when you and the bio mother get along. In my case, we follow each other on Instag…

As someone who is doing it, the only type of single dad worth dating is one who has joint custody and a healthy relationship with the ex (no exaggerated hatred or weird codependency). You want someone who's a good father while also having free time.

I get that. I always hated trying to do anything on Valentine's Day proper because it gets so crowded and I hate the pressure of needing the day to be perfect. Fancy date night is what we do for our anniversary. Every Valentine's Day we just order wings and pig out while we cuddle up and watch a movie. It's not very exciting but I like having a simple tradition and it makes me laugh how he calls it "Cupid's wings" to be festive. Meanwhile my cheating ex and I would take romantic trips for valent…

Sort of? Their life ebbs and flows in similar directions as yours. But because you're constantly living parallel struggles trying to actually pair up with them is disastrous. It is a strong connection, but they aren't someone you're meant to be with, just commiserate with.

Lol you're not supposed to be with your twin flame. That's the whole point.

I never learned palmistry personally. I work with oracle cards as well but the difference between tarot and oracle is honestly meaningless to people who aren't actively practicing. I do know palm readers and mediums who are skilled. I've also met exploitative hacks over the years. I almost don't recommend going for any spiritual services unless you know the practitioner just because it's easy to fake. I've had my palms read twice. One of them was able to accurately tell me my whole life story un…

I used to read tarot professionally and LET ME TELL YOU--thr majority of my clients were women asking when their LVM would act right/propose/stop cheating.

A 5 ft tall stuffed giraffe that I hated so much I regifted it to a female friend who actually liked it. No gift, just the promise of taking me to a play. When I said I had no interest in any of the shows going on at the time, I just didn't get a gift. The promise of getting autostart for my new car, but getting yelled at any time I asked when we could go get it installed. He ended up just cashapping me $200 so I would stop asking.

It does have its perks, I won't lie. The upside of not getting sex whenever I want it is that I never have to have sex when I don't feel like it.

Ya know, early in my relationship I was kind of worried because my bf's sex drive is lower than mine. But when I see scrotes like this, it's a nice reminder that my actual company and conversational skills are actually valued.

The only one of his works I'd avoid for the most part is Yuri Kuma Arashi. It's great if you get the criticisms it's making, but he recreates some icky tropes in order to criticize them and it's not always super obvious that it's being critical (he is a man after all, can't be perfect lol). It's probably his weakest show, but Revolutionary Girl Utena and Mawaru Penguindrum are both incredible.

I cannot recommend the work of Kunihiko Ikuhara enough. He cares about good female and LGB representation and his aesthetic and storytelling is almost like David Lynch in anime form.

And nearly all false accusations are from teenage girls who are discovered to be sexually active and want to avoid punishment from parents. Grown women are almost never part of the already tiny statistic.

Even more appreciative that my bf just called to verify which type of dried flower I'd like in the handmade necklace he's commisioning for me for Xmas. These gift boxes and ugly pajamas were all my dad ever got for my mom growing up.

My whole family loved the college guy I was dating as a 16 year old. It took way to long for me to understand how awful it was for me because the authority figures in my life were so chill about it.

My mom settled for my dad because he was the first guy to pay her any attention. After their divorce and her getting in shape, she developed really high standards for what she wants in a man. Unfortunately, she desperately throws herself at any man who meets those criteria and comes on too strong and gets used then ghosted. So she graduated from one type of pickmeisha to another sadly.

I manifest well-endowed men. It's what I've almost always tended to attract so up until I was out of college I had a pretty warped idea of what constitutes average. Trying smaller men after becoming accustomed to big dicks is a challenge. I love being on top but with a small dude I'm constantly coming down wrong because I'm used to having an extra three inches of glide space.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
