My issue is literally just women. I have the same issue. I've resolved it somewhat like this: Men and women are different. Therefore, treat them differently. With men, be textbook Dale Carnegie. With women, textbook trp. It's a double standard. I still struggle with cognitive dissonance in mixed groups, but I've been getting some success. Treat pretty girls like you treat the ugly ones and they'll chase you.

Beef Fillet Mignon. Salt and pepper both sides, grill for 4 minutes both sides, throw in some rosemary and a tablespoon of butter at the last 2 minutes and baste. The steak is now rare. Bake it in preheated oven at 450 for 2 minutes if you like it medium rare, 4 for medium.
