I am in my 20's. They wouldn't stop me. It simply looks very strange to suddenly go out overnight to a hotel for "alone time" when I have never done that before. They would assume I'm dealing some drugs or meeting someone dodgy off the internet or something like that.

How would I get over the awkwardness of saying that? They would know straight away I am going for sex and then afterwards ask what happened. Then they would most likely gossip about it between them. That's ok if it's friends or strangers but not your own parents!

She could be after something else but it seems extremely unlikely. If it does turn out to be a scam, it's a very masterful scam. I'm in my 20's. They are fine with me going out the house. I just wouldn't know how to explain being out of the house for a long time, particularly overnight, given that I never go out the house. They would start being suspicious and probably suspect it's something dodgy or I am meeting a girl to stay with overnight and that would be embarrassing to admit that to them. I never stay with friends overnight. I don't have any friends.
