| -6 | Thoughts ?I’m 30, MechE and make 220k a year. If you have something of value to say, then say it As of 1998, an estimated 17.7 million American women had been victims of attempted or completed rape. As of 1998, 2.78 million men in the U.S. had been victims of attempted or completed rape. Do you need help figuring out that OP was off by a factor of 7? | 3 | Men just can't win - I see this post every once in a while. See what you think of my response.I think the argument from women is that there’s an expectation that women are on some sort of birth control (pill or IUD) that will allow a man not to use a condom. And there’s plenty of corroborating stories to suggest that this behavior is skewed towards men asking for no condom. I’m not sure male birth control will solve the issue because there’s no guarantee it’ll be taken correctly or taken at all. That’s why I still default to “everyone should wear a condom unless you plan on having a kid”… | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:42 AM |

| -12 | It's called Male genital mutilation.Just a weird hill to die on. Isn’t an adult circumcision more risky than that for a child? For instance, I’m glad I was cut. I would have been unhappy to do it as an adult. | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:32 AM |

I'm woman, hear me roar! It’s okay for you to think this. Choking someone is a serious thing. It’s not like licking a nipple. I would never put my hands on a woman’s throat unless we had discussed that this is something she was interested in. Good luck | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:23 AM |
| -15 | Men just can't win - I see this post every once in a while. See what you think of my response.I really don’t think they’re wrong. Why are we trying to build a net rather than disarming the gun? We should have had a male version of the pill out for many years now. I think the bigger issue will be trust. I wouldn’t trust a woman who said she was on the pill during a hookup just like I imagine women wouldnt trust men claiming they were on a pill and no condom was needed. | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:15 AM |
| -17 | Men just can't win - I see this post every once in a while. See what you think of my response.Who is they? If you mean women in general, then I’d say you’re wrong. If you mean that some extremist women with their panties in a bunch will complain, then I’d say just call her Karen and move on. | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:08 AM |
| -2 | Don’t mind this, just breaking someone’s narrative real quick. You should read my comment better :) I specified that the narrative here is that men marry women for sex. I literally debated this with someone who had 100+ upvotes on his post this week. | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:04 AM |
| -6 | If it takes this much pain & suffering for someone as wealthy/famous as Johnny Depp to get justice, imagine the amount of struggling the average man goes through in a False AccusationConversely, don’t you think that BECAUSE he’s famous, this is dragging on longer? | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:02 AM |
| -16 | Men just can't win - I see this post every once in a while. See what you think of my response.I don’t really get why you’d go down this path. You’re just making a bunch of unproven assumptions that no one can prove one way or another. Birth control should be available for both genders. People should wear condoms if they don’t want children. I’d suggest a double wall of protection (condom + pill or IUD). Birth control shouldn’t be such a hotly debated topic here. You say women will complain about the status quo, but aren’t you the one whining in this rant? | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 05:00 AM |
| -25 | It's called Male genital mutilation.Don’t really get why this is the hill that many people die on. If you don’t like it, then don’t do it to your kid. | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 04:57 AM |
| -5 | I wonder if most men with full time jobs are mostly just working to be able to pay for the right to be married/in a relationship.20k is barely a livable salary unless you’re given or sort of concession (free housing, free food, etc). You shouldn’t strive to make more for a relationship one way or another. If you’re happy, then props to you. I don’t think you need to be making crazy money to date. I would agree that someone making 20k a year as a part time gig wouldn’t be an attractive proposition to most women, nor would it really be appealing to most men. | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 04:56 AM |

| 4 | Are men becoming obsolete? What I mean is… many white collar jobs arent valuable to society, in the same way that a doctor or a teacher are. Who cares if you’re a project manager on some bank initiative? What do consultants really do to improve society? How does a feature to allow easier transactions on social media improve society as a whole? To your last point - I’d argue that people want one thing in life: to be happy. Now that happiness is different for each person. Some people want to travel. Others want to do their … | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 03:51 AM |
| 6 | Are men becoming obsolete? If you’re deriving your value based on your ability to provide for a spouse or create a kid, then that’s a problem. Men and women have the same role in society. To provide support, love, and care for those that are close to them. To experience life’s adventures with their loved ones and friends. If you want to look at it from a job perspective, I’d say there are many jobs that don’t really impact society, especially white collar jobs. I wouldn’t try to derive your self worth from your career | /r/MensRights | 26/04/22 03:35 AM |

| 0 | why is it so hard to get feminists to have a fair and open debate?By your logic, the same thing can apply to women. All that the president has to do is flip a switch, have congress sign it, and send women to war as well. My point is that we don’t have a draft because WE DONT HAVE ONE. We might have a sign up sheet but I’m honestly not even sure why we bother with that given that the government already knows who we are and where we live. However, arguing that “we have more non-rapists vs rapists” is similar to your cherry picking of stats. You’re not comparing like for like information. But the truth is that younger people (especially college students) are easier to manipulate. They don’t have enough life experiences to make good judgement calls. Think back to college - how many stupid things did you do? For instance if the spouse was forced to sign it under duress or if it was completely lopsided. | 2 | I hate being a Man; it is the source of my problemsNo, you’re expecting someone with a career that wants children and will want you to be a stay at home dad. That’s quite a lot. Hell, my girlfriend makes more than I do. You need to look for people that match your ambition but you need to be honest with your own character. It’s like when unattractive men want 10/10 women. | 1 | If women can have abortions, so can men.It doesn’t take my body much labor to do my job. In general, I think we need to stop having children that aren’t wanted. This is more complicated than just this thread. It means things like the male pill, easier access to contraception, and real sex education for teens. As an adult, you need to be responsible to the best of your abilities. We use a condom and an IUD because we don’t want kids. However, if that child is born, I don’t want it to grow up in poverty. | /r/MensRights | 15/04/22 04:29 PM |

| 0 | If women can have abortions, so can men.No. The solution id have is to provide work agnostic universal health coverage, improve child caring and educational services, and allow for single parent families to survive and thrive. We don’t have that currently in place. Therefore this is the situation we have. You can’t just allow men to wash their hands and walk away from their decisions once that child is born. | /r/MensRights | 15/04/22 04:21 PM |

| 1 | Anybody else here scared by how widespread the "believe all women" thought process is?I’m not going to watch something on YouTube recommended by you. At no point in my life has a random person on YouTube with a radical view recommended a YouTube channel that was unbiased. And no, I’m not lucky. Normal people don’t do what you’ve said. No woman ever speaks in an alpha/beta mentality. That’s exclusively used by incels and nice guys. If this is truly the people you interact with, maybe you need to look for new friends or hobbies. I’m not trying to be rude here. It just seems that th… | /r/MensRights | 12/04/22 10:48 PM |

| 0 | The phrase "no uterus no opinion" exists SOLELY for misandry, NOT because men don't know what it's like to be pregnant against their will.Of course they can. And I don’t think there’s a 22 cent or whatever wage gap, so don’t even start there. There’s probably a couple cents wage gap when you normalize by profession but the bigger issue is: why don’t women pursue science fields at the same rate as men and why aren’t women being promoted to executive positions as often as men? As for alimony - if you give up your career to help take care of the family so your partner can advance their career, you are entitled to compensation if they… | /r/MensRights | 12/04/22 10:44 PM |
| 0 | Why do people get so upset by the word "female"?I don’t even understand your statement. Women haters refer to mens rights as issues? What are you trying to say? Is this a problem? As for female, I explained why people don’t like it. I didn’t give you my perspective on the issue, although I do tend to agree that it’s awkward af to call a woman a “female” in normal conversations. “Yeah, I saw a female I used to work with at the store this morning”. That’s silly. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/22 10:41 PM |

| 1 | The phrase "no uterus no opinion" exists SOLELY for misandry, NOT because men don't know what it's like to be pregnant against their will.Well, there’s lots of things there. Some are religious. I am not religious but I can appreciate those to whom marriage is a big thing. There’s also a commitment aspect to it. I think many people on here will be upset with alimony. I’m sure many looked at Jeff Bezos’ divorce and saw his ex getting billions as unfair. I disagree. Alimony can be tricky and screwy but so is a situation where a partner commits to a support role only to be left years later. There needs to be protection in place. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/22 10:19 PM |

| 1 | Anybody else here scared by how widespread the "believe all women" thought process is?Thanks for the write up. I see you conveniently missed the part where I agreed this was a bad idea. I’m not sure we need to continue here though. It’s pretty clear you’re not up to my level and can’t really provide any constructive arguments. Have a nice Tuesday friend. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/22 09:18 PM |

| 2 | Anybody else here scared by how widespread the "believe all women" thought process is?It’s the reaction to decades of failure to prosecute rapists and sexual predators. Is it a poor approach? Yes. But surely you can see why people jumped on it so quickly. There are for more instances of men not receiving punishment for sexual assault compared to false accusations of sexual assault. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/22 09:00 PM |
| -6 | Anybody else here scared by how widespread the "believe all women" thought process is?I see. So you don’t care about when women raise accusations of sexual assault that appear to be true but aren’t prosecuted. You only care about false accusations. | /r/MensRights | 12/04/22 08:30 PM |
| -12 | Anybody else here scared by how widespread the "believe all women" thought process is?So Trump didn’t have a myriad of sexual assault allegations against him? He wasn’t friends with Epstein?
