It wasn’t the full amount I’m pay now since the court decided custody and child support(it’s 50/50 and I pay her $$ since I make more). In my case, it showed that I was willing to support my kids no matter the situation with their mom, this helped down the road. I think I sent her $300 a month until everything was official. | 7 | Just in a slumpWow…I’m so sorry man. I went through the false dv allegation, a night in jail, the loss of family and friends, pretty much all of my stuff, and 1/2 of my retirement account. Luckily she made some boneheaded decisions that got me off the hook for alimony and spousal support. She took my 3 kids out of state with her new man and didn’t tell me where they were..those were the worst days..not know where my kids were and if they were doing ok.
