Thats the classic lawyer move. Trying to intimidate and stress you. Fear of working to support her cushy life with your kids and never see them. I went through it. Get an aggressive lawyer and stay sane! The cost is ridiculous but to me my kids were worth it all. 15 years later my 3 kids have degrees and careers. Keep your focus to that future.

Women are the inverse of men. When you chase they run. When you are with a woman in public they all stop and look to see what they don't have. They can sense the causal hook up vibe on you. Patience and focus on your world and what will be will happen. If you are dating younger they want a daddy so be aware. If you are on a cold streak then hit the local strip joint and get it out of your system. A little reset never hurts.

There's a thing called the seven year itch. It goes both ways with men and women. Something about progressing from 20s into 30s in a relationship when one person gets the "itch" after 7 years where they start assessing their happiness. In this case it would seem to me the woman is Journaling about her treatment. To me she is checked out into resentment. Hard to make it work after the mental check out..

Just from your post im gonna say you and your wife are in your mid to late 30s and been together around 6 to 10 years?

You fell into the viper's pit. You are measuring yourself according to her determination of you. Losing your interest in teaching is depression. When guys say go to the gym there is value in that. Get your body moving, get your mind thinking. Positivity is your salvation. Your concept of beauty and ugliness is fucked. She was your dependency. Become independent and watch the world open up.

I was 35 with 3 kids and had the same feeling back when I divorced. A woman would date Shrek as long as he drove a bad ass ride and had money to burn. But beware of any woman you meet, your children are "attention" that she is not getting. Another woman's children are always seen as a threat her possession of your soul and balls. I never did the dating sites though. I need to pursue my next mistake in the flesh lol. Love the thrill of the hunt.

Are you religious? Name three things you like about her. Do you want children? Are you prepared to honor yours vows til you depart from this earth? We're you raised by a father and mother who prepared you to be a man in this world? I couldn't answer those questions and im divorced. Probably still a roll of the dice but holy shitballs what was I thinking back then lol!!

Thats the only card in a woman's playbook. Quick stop downtown, first dick comes along go to poundtown, then post it on Facebook. That hurt in the pit of your stomach is nature my friend. Adam and Eve, the Sirens that lured sailors to their demise, femme fatale, Black widows, on and on. Wrap your head around attachment theory to understand what your going thru. Its only chemicals. Get your mind set to building the rest of your life as an Alpha and dont get attached.

Your incredibly cheap divorce (compared to 55 and kids) apparently cost you 90k! If this is even real! Whatever you did to have a lady and your house paid off.. Go back to that.

Of course she wants to dictate terms of the divorce where you work to support her while she takes your child to some far off land. Get a lawyer and stop speaking to her. I cant see a judge letting your son get taken out of state. Courts rule on divorce, not the woman. Lawyer up man!!

You need to look yourself in the mirror and find out why you are clinging to a woman who just wants to party and bang. Take this alone time to rid yourself of the oxytocin dependency you have on her. Pull that picture out and throw it in the nearest dumpster just like she did with your photos.

My friend, did you learn anything from your divorce? Woman are vipers brother. They dont want to be in a mutually serving relationship. They want a guy to pump their dopamine receptors to full throttle so they can tell their knitting circle how great they are. Be the ringmaster in this circus.

Mine wiped me out at the time. Silver bullet, high conflict. She wanted to be paid thousands in child support/alimony and basically wanted to charge me to breath air. By the end the judge hated her and the money went to the lawyers. Rebuilt over many years though. Salvaged a relationship with my kids. Shes still screwing married cops and old guys with money 15 years later. Holy shit I sure can pick em!

Your ending really hit with me. How she wants to pick up your son to baby him. My ex lived for me until my kids replaced me. If my ex could have my son suckling off her tit till she is 120 years old that would not be enough! Your ex seems to be channeling her divorce through "motherhood" like mine did. Be ready for some outlandish behavior. Weather the storm and stay logical. You're in a poker game now and she's played her hand. Entitled mothers are insane so buckle up brother.

Hang in there my man. I took a silver bullet right between the eyes. Made a great living and was penniless and 401k obliterated. Depression is a motherfer, our awesome brains response to the trauma in this horrible way. But it made me so much stronger, clawed my way back. Now years later my kids are grown with careers, big house all to myself and a couple strippers on speed dial. Life is a journey. Turn it on her and build yourself back! Do not let that viper win. Did you consult a lawyer? Being from a midwest state and divorced 15 years ago i am not up on the current laws, but it was "all assets and debts accumulated during the marriage will be split equally". You talk about what she "deserves". Well my friend a judge will determine that. You will be accused of financial abuse. Her lawyer will see you as a blank check book to petition for lawyer fees is your worst case. Also according to your story you just sold the rental while you were technically marr…

The biggest moment for me was meeting with my 2nd attorney. He was a high priced guy with all the men's rights in divorce adds. Im spilling my guts out to him. Telling him how crazy my situation, all the lies, collusion, taking my kids away, going for huge amounts of child support, all the fixings of the silver bullet.. He lets me finish my story, turns to a massive cabinet, opens a drawer of 50 or so files and says, "all these guys too." It hit me like a tsunami. Woman are all the same. I never…

You and your wife should look into submissive/dominance dynamics in psychology. Also attachment style types, avoidant, disorganized, anxious, etc. You two have taken stances on a corrupt uniparty political machine like two pit bulls! How can you two get through 9 months of pregnancy, buying a home or going grocery shopping!!? Both of you will be very different people in ten years also. Grow together or grow apart.

Here's my advice when a man is faced with financial devastation. If you know you are done be done. Drag it out and make her initiate the lawyer. Hell if Canada fucks you that bad what is the point of paying a lawyer? Stay away from her and stash some cash. Maybe you can survive 2 more years and sneek 20k. Its a long shot but I feel for you man the deck is stacked on you. Avoid and stash to survive another day if that is possible??

If you and your wife have been faithful to eachother it sounds like you are in "arrested development ". You were teens(according to your timeline if that is correct). Never becoming individuals. It may not be sex alone. Without becoming individuals, repeating your day in day out same experiences is limiting your life experiences. You can go to therapy but you two will have to become very uncomfortable with eachother to shake that foundation and become more enlightened. Its hard! Took me years an…

Hormones are a hell of a drug. The urge wont go away(unless you're medicated) but dive into Attachment theory and bring the dynamic to your conscience. Helps to be aware why our brains can make us do what we do. Testosterone, dopamine and oxytocin keeps divorce lawyers cashing checks.

Outside of your 2 times a week ask to go to a family therapist. If you have nothing to hide and aren't drinking it you may have an advocate in the therapist to get more time. Courts listen to doctirs and therapist. The loneliness though is consuming your thoughts and actions. If you have time to be lonely how about a second job? Imagine what your ex is saying about you. You didnt work and had a drinking problem, use that as motivation to be a man who is stable and provides. You then defeat her a…

Its a revealing phenomenon. I had the same experience. The binds of oxytocin and dopamine. Once those chemicals aren't produced, you realize she was always a just a stranger. I stumbled upon "attachment theory" scrolling on YouTube randomly. Very enlightening to the man and woman dynamic.

Yeah you need to write a book. I gotta ask at any point with the insanity you went through, did you have a forensic family evaluation ordered by the judge? It literally was my saving grace, as my ex was quickly figured out to be the typical liar operating a silver bullet scam.

Stolen phone is easy to prove. But careful with the cops. I called on my ex that was trashing my house and I went to jail! Never got within 10 feet of her, but her and her daughter made up a quick story. Cops have had to many irate men trying to kill them in domestic situations. I recommend having your lawyer ask the judge for a forensic family evaluation. My ex accused me of every wicked thing on earth, and she of course, was the perfect angel. I have a buddy that showed up to his divorce hearing with a 25 year old badie in a skin tight blue dress with his ex wife's Tiffany watch on that she was demanding in their previous discovery hearing. The court house guard dropped his coffee when they walk in to go through the metal detector. The fact he pulled this off gave me so much happiness for divorced men everywhere. In my experience the judge over my divorce lowered my child support and found her in contempt because of all her fuckery with not paying the material bills and her Facebook posts trashing me thru social media directly to our friends and family. Go to a strip club. Go on a vacation and prowl man! Focus buddy. She got you twisted. Stop letting her cuck you. It liberating to wave goodbye to shit!!

Dont worry about the score card. I believed i was the good guy. Alot was my fault. Even if it was all on her it doesnt matter. Tough game to play. Prioritize your kids, family job and friends. This is where the strong silence turns into growth. I played the Im the good guy game and it led me to a horrible relationship with a psycho!! Id re marry my ex 100 x over after what i put myself in. Brushed myself off and focued on kids (religon if you are) family and job. I get it now. Im out to pasture …

Marriage is possible for you two but buddy... you two need to break yourself down and restart man. I remember the day i found out i wasnt special like my mom told me. 2nd marriage? Did you take a breath or learn anything from the first one? Look in the mirror. And she might be trying to find herself? Life is twisty. Be her friend. Ive been in your shoes. Life unfolds slowly. Good luck. Stop looking through her phone we are all adults here
