Let me remove all doubt: the US will enforce a child support order from brazil. So this woman over stayed her visa, that means the US will bar her re-entry for about 5 years I believe. Her only chance of staying here is if someone marries her. If OP wants to be in this child’s life, he has to either marry her, or find someone else who will marry her. She can get an immediate VISA and work towards citizenship.

You don’t understand. Even if she wanted to stay in America, she can’t (legally). The options are exactly what I laid out. If she moves back to Brazil, he isn’t really getting an “out”, he’s going to be paying child support for a child he never sees.

Since no one posted why she got nothing, the article says that the billionaire was not properly divorced from his first wife, because she was not served with notice, nor participated in any of the divorce proceedings. Therefore he was legally still married to his first wife, and the marriage to the gold digger was null and void. tldr; She got nothing because she was not legally married to him.

Guys, put the pitchforks away. The state wanted murder, but ultimately it was discovered that the drain plug she removed couldnt have caused the kayak to capsize. So the state had all of these incriminating statements from her, but what she did couldn't have killed him. I agree with the plea.

Thanks. Plot twist, the entire incident was recorded. I have proof she perjured herself. Always record female crazy, otherwise no one will believe you. Have not shown police recording yet, waiting for lawyer. Still doubt police will charge her with anything for it. Not surprising, this woman has a long history of serious mental health issues. She has been committed at least 3 times. Don't stick your dick in crazy guys, no matter how hot :(

You are a perceptive one. She filed several police reports in CT alleging protective order violations. She actually illegally moved the child to NH, violating a court order to keep the child in the state. The police refused to file "interference with custody" which is a felony in CT when the child is taken across state lines. The PO violation allegations keep happening when I try to see my son. My family has been begging me to let him go, to make the charges stop. Self preservation seems to take…

I have only been arraigned. I was arrested 3 days ago. I am trying to secure a private attorney; It is difficult as I live in CT, and I was arrested in NH where my ex-wife lives. I was actually arrested on my way to pick up my son (50/50 custody). Edit: for clarity, the alleged incident happened back in July when I only had supervised visitation. My divorce has since been finalized, and I now have 50/50 custody. I was arrested on a warrant from July during a traffic stop in NH.
