I realize this is a flamebait, (esp considering your recent sarcastic comment to the same effect on /r/againstmensrights), but I'll bite. A hotline for male circumcision would make no sense. Stopping male circumcision is a matter of swaying public opinion. In this regard we have had some (albeit) limited success in recent years. Is more action required? Yes. Is discussing injustices as we see them still required? Yes.

When you have a panel that is dominated by females, they bring in the parental, maternal instincts of being sympathetic toward the victim, who was a young kid in high school. Because only women are capable of sympathy.
