2	3 Simple things that can really improve initial attraction. SUMO DEADLIFTS. Look those up and do them. Not only will you get the benefit of deadlifting... you can lift a shitton of weight with that exercise, just based on the muscles you use. For example, on my second day doing these, I was lifting just a little under my bodyweight. Now I can lift 1.5x my bodyweight.
