I'm in central/south. It's a nice place but for the industry I work in it's not great. I wouldn't mind LA or Atlanta. But it really is a paradise and nice politically too. The tax situation is very nice

Honestly no. I live in a beach town so you're either super wealthy with amazing genes and a nice house or a working class mainlander and people are just elitist and the competition is pretty intense with lots of rich people or surfers etc

So I would search for like "behavioral therapist"?

Who would that be? I'm not familiar with that

Clean cut long on top, short groomed beard, thin but athletic

I did try therapy. Basically said "you had a gf before so you know you can make a girl like you. you just need to get out more"

I don't really have any issues with public speaking. Professional environments don't make me uncomfortable. Just annoyed sometimes at the facades of professionalism. It's in more social environments where men are competing for women and everyone's trying to look and act cooler than everyone else

I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm sorry for making so many excuses. I just am worried that if I take pics of a girl and then make a move and she's not about it, I'll get a reputation

Yeah it's more like "Make sure you're actually working with professional photographers who won't try and fuck you." But I have had girls ask before

Other photographers and models, not directly but just on instagram stories mostly warning about creepy "gwc" I mean I'm a legit photographer. I'm good, but I don't have a lot of experience with models or portraits like that

I always hear that GWC "guy with camera" is like a creepy stereotype. I'd love to fuck some of the girls that would do photoshoots with me though

How can I get models to work with me. I mostly do sports and landscapes. I don't want them to think I'm creepy

Yes I'm a photographer. Some girl came up and asked if I lived at x because she thought she saw me. I was just like short one word answers because I was so in my head wondering why this pretty girl would want to talk to me and trying not to say something dumb. Idk. My dad beat me a lot and I was a nerd growing up

I want to do what you say but like, I've been trying for 10 years. I just go, shut down and get insecure nervous or embarrassed, and then go home depressed.

There has to be a better way to do it. I just keep having negative experiences so it reinforces my insecurity. I've tried the repeated exposure and it always ends the same

I know people who have been on it for 20+ years with no issues. Sometimes people have chemical imbalances and need treatment. There's nothing wrong with that.

I would just buy it if you can afford it. Mike is a super good guy who responds to personal emails and questions and he is definitely worth supporting.

I did a psychiatrist, but he was very helpful with the medication in terms of proper dosing and a plan to come off of it if I wanted to.

Try therapy and antidepressants. I just slept with a married Christian Church girl who is super hot and I used to almost pass out at the idea of talking to girls. Also the books 'Models' and 'The Domination Principle' both helped a shitload. Nothing you read here or anywhere else is the one truth for every situation. Just take a bunch in, and then stop taking everything so seriously. You put too much pressure on yourself and TRUUUUST me there will be so many girls who make you wonder why you eve…

according to feminine imperative sure... like are you telling me "don't notice the nice ass barely clad in a thong that you're supposed to photograph?" it'd be weird to act like it's just there and not in any way sexual. The intent at these events is overtly sexual.

I think that's my issue with this book. I'm already red pilled. I learned it the hard way from my first relationship. I'd rather read pragmatic solutions and ways to improve than facts I experience firsthand.

ok lol, you guys feel free to just give up at the first sign of ljbf like a bunch of cucks. I'll keep doing me. So far the only point of this book is just give up.

Again. I agree with him 100%. I never doubted any of this shit. I don't care about finding the one or any of that. I mean that he basically says you are at a huge disadvantage simply for being male and the only way to succeed is to already be successful.

like if I took his ljbf advice of "just leave" I'd have missed three lays. I play it more like "sure ljbf, help me score some pussy" and almost always works to get her jealous

I guess I don't see the point in listing shitty truths without offering a solution

No problem, I'm glad I could clear up some doubts. I felt the same way before I got on them but glad I did

I have a family history and like you would get depressed even when things seem to be good. even if it is a Band-Aid, it will still help you work more productively on a solution and see things more objectively. maybe the people who feel like zombies don't have a chemical imbalance and that is why the medicine seems to over do its job. either case, you just communicate to the doctor how you feel and you can tell them if you want to change your dose. It's not mind altering to the point where you wo…

Don't ask this sub for help with mental health issues. SSRIs are great if you have a chemical imbalance. I'm on them and still get stoked about good stuff. They don't turn you into a zombie. They just make everything a bit more rational and less serious. If you're a zombie tell your Dr to adjust your dose. People with chemical imbalances can take them their entire life. There's nothing wrong with that if your dose is right. And if you feel ready, you tell your Dr and they wean you off. I have fa…
