At first, this quote didn't make universal sense to me. Everyone who has gotten good at something searched the help from the outside. After few days thinking about it, I realized this quote is about the benefit of self-improving without the help of others. Musashi was a swordsman first and foremost. He was self-taught. As such, he had to over analyze every simple detail and became better at it than most people. In this context, his quote makes sense. You can't apply it to something like business…

It's still far-fetched to say anyone can get any girl just by being confident. Title is actually a clickbait, and you realize it's actually any mature girl who doesn't look for pretty boys, which is very different, but that's still far-fetched because you could be extremely overweight. There's a threshold. Basically, CRP is saying mature girls don't have any standards. Either way, confidence doesn't beat good looks. But that's not even what I'm trying to argue here.
