Men don't prioritize health like women do. A lot of men don't want to go to a doctor even when freely available. Men need to make their health an important voting issue. No one is going to do this for us.

I think it's that men in relationships are innately more confident and outgoing, and that is attractive to women. Most of the women you meet don't even know your relationship status.
