longest was a few months and that felt miserable. i felt so distracted like i was going insane. i don’t think that gives anyone an excuse to harass others though just because you’re touch starved

yeah i mean maybe take slightly more initiative? she seems more open now that you guys have talked— just let her know you haven’t lost interest. don’t pester her constantly but you could always invite her over to hang out and then casually have a drink or two and see where it leads

tbh lol if i was you and she seems to be ever so slightly receptive i’d drink with her 🤣 it makes everyone all flirty and handsy. might be a good way to relax around each other and get back into that groove you used to have before

no it’s not about ego being pumped it’s about finding something you’re interested in and want to date i don’t have enough self confidence to approach men unless drunk. even then i have a hard time 😂

Ok I feel like it depends on the context of meeting in person though. If you're making small talk and then something happens, it's different if some dude just walks up and tries to hit on you.

oh no!!! you are fine just the way you are king! as long as you aren’t literally harassing the woman over and over and you take a calm approach you should be fine!

CONFIDENCE, not coming off as creepy, {good} smell, a general clean appearance. Like if you smell BAD and there’s holes in your shirt and you look like you haven’t shaved in 3 days i might look at you kinda funny. I hate that people can be so shallow, but appearance really does place a huge role. A 1/10 could be wearing a suit and i’d still give him a second glance (that’s just a personal thing idk about my girlfriends 😂) And idk what kind of psychological hormonal shit is going on in my head bu…

plus there’s just this ~connection~ you get in person you can’t get otherwise. I’ve went on dates with lads who seemed decent on tinder/bumble, but i just immediately was not feeling it. There’s nothing wrong with them mind you, I could just tell the chemistry wasn’t there.

it's true, it's very flattering

I don't think it's been made any easier in this day and age with everyone glued to their phones either. I don't think I've had anyone approach me in person since before I graduated high school lol. It's always been swiping up on my snap or sliding in the DMs

This is true. I tell all my friends that the worst that can happen is they say no. I feel like this is way way more difficult as a female but maybe I'm being biased LOL

helpful for women as well tbh. made my first list around the time i graduated high school. still don’t feel like i have enough dating experience to fully know what i want, but it’s a learning curve

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
