Child support maybe, alimony hell no, that should be capped to 0, in the middle east it works opposite lol, the bride has to return her dowry in the case of a divorce.

Beauty of being MGTOW is when you feel chaos coming whether deserved or not you should be able to leave if you want to in enough time.

Tbh middle eastern men do keep their women in check, I've witnessed it first hand over there and from the middle eastern men I know in the UK, they have no clue about the alimony systems and divorce courts we have here for them its a different world.

Very good insight to getting rich early, though with discipline you will learn to appreciate your fortunate circumstances if you do get rich quick and early.

let everything get really bad You see that's the thing that 'they who can not be named' want, so much of western culture has been forgotten in the last 50 years by design and the sad and crazy thing is 99% of people slept right through it, wars had to be fought in the past to get rid of culture and dominate a new civilization, this however has been mostly physiological.

Tbh one of the hardest hit 'empires' has been the British Empire, from being the leading front of western civilization till ww1 to the toilet it has become has been nothing less than shocking, the sophistication of how the culture was and how much it revolved around free speech and critical thinking to now a populace so dumbed down they can't tie their own shoelaces.

For me being mentally free is paramount, whether finances are high or low are irrelevant though when finances are high you truly experience what freedom is and what you can pursue with your extra monies.

Yep, that's exactly how I remember, though I've seen with the private sector things are alot different in my experience, over there you have to pull your own weight regardless of gender or how pretty you are, if targets are not met, expected return to your employer is not met you will get the boot.

the only time my dad was happy was if he was working 15+ hours a day. Jeez, I feel the opposite, the only time I'm happy is when I'm not working at all (for a shitty employer).

Yhh the public sector (government) jobs are filled with idouts, I've worked in both and can tell you straight most of the public sector are filled with low ambition anti responsibility charlatans.

The sad thing is that these self loathing feminists are the most powerful people on the planet. Most power puppets more like, don't confuse their masters for the slaves (feminists).

Remember: this news is brought to you as a reminder to stay on your path, not as a form of sadism to enjoy This 100%, no point filling your soul with hate or taking enjoyment out of the downfall of society, it will only erode your own soul in a different way.

Afraid of consequences, hell yes. Too many men fall for the unicorn dream but they are forgetting AWALT, we all know the story of Adam and Eve, this has been going on since the beginning of time.

We will see how it develops. As long as people believe it has value it will have value. 100% this. End of the day cryptocurrency has its flaws more or less the same way fiat does, both are inherently useless and just because btc has a limit to how many can be produced/obtained its still useless as an asset. However stock, precious metals and other investments are alot safer and more likely to stand the test of time, just my 2 pence worth though so guess we will see.

6'2 at 180 is defo on the scrawny side even for those who don't train, I've seen many people at 15-18%bf with visible abs at 220lbs, its a common theme for those who train.

Being able to drop everything and go any where for any amount of time with no downside is happiness. Being able to experience every single hobby known to man is happiness. Being able to date any girl is happiness. Being able to chill with your family and entourage at no downside is happiness. All of that starts with money. You aint seen nothin until you see 7 figures + per year. Words to live by, combine this with Stoicism and Machiavellianism and you will be unstoppable.

while he works 12 hours a day, and when he gets home he has to do all the cooking, take over the kid duties, and basically everything else while she “unwinds. It's usually those who are shackled the hardest don't see those shackles, If he self reflected even once he would dump that woman and maybe get a maid/nanny to help out with the kids and house chores, he would be 100x more happier.

When I was working out at a gym, precovid, I would look up at the ceiling when I was working out when the thots were in. For me it was either the ceiling or the floor, that way the thots got the message overtime that I despised them.

pistol squats. Hmm I tried these but due to long femurs they were a killer on my knees, for me low-bar squatting is king.

There are “male” only gyms, it’s usually in the form of a dingy dungeon that’s run by a local business owner Those can be some of the best and worst gyms depending on how you get along with the owner and the rest of the folks
/r/MGTOW26/05/21 05:19 PM

There are male only gyms - build your own home gym, One of the best investments I made was doing this, I built a 8x10 shed and it houses an Olympic lifting platform, squat rack, bench and weight plates which totals up to 300kg, everything you need to make progress whether your goals are bodybuilding, powerlifting or Olympic lifting.
/r/MGTOW26/05/21 05:17 PM

There should be male only gyms It's pretty common in most cities in the UK, either its a hardcore bodybuilding gym or a gym owned by Muslims both usually have sections for male only.

Reality will flip, like being hit by a Tsunami... Many of us MGTOW's saw this coming many years ago and even back then I felt that the tide was too late to turn, thing is though society deep down knew what they were doing was wrong only thing was they were naive enough to think that there wouldn't be any serious repercussions, now whatever is on the way will make the civil war 160 years ago look like child's play.
/r/MGTOW25/05/21 10:48 PM

Followed by civil unrest and countless deaths. Hope to god alot of us can get out before this happens, no idea if its 5, 10 or 20 years away but unfortunately it will be inevitable.

At some point, many of those countries will no longer remember their own history, even if it was saved online. UK is leading the way with once having one of the richest western histories and cultures to now another euro trash hippy Starbucks culture, looking back at the photos of this country 100 years ago makes it look a dream/fairytale to the hell its becoming.

I spent some time in the middle east and learnt about how they deal with false accusations, the system they have in place is actually one of the strongest I have seen for for innocent until proven guilty and its actually the witness/victim who is standing trial as they must submit evidence and if found in contempt they would be charged worse than those who committed said crime, so that would be the death penalty straight for a false rape accusation.

I ditched a 10+ year career in the IT/Software fields to go work in the construction areas/CE/Geology/Geotech, etc. I'm outdoors all day, in the elements, doing some actual physical labor. Last year I was constantly focusing on my hobbies and learning new things non stop to keep myself stimulated and productive, I probably did/achieved more that year than all my years combined, only thing is though it did take a hit to my funds especially all my DIY projects, might have to take up knitting as cheap hobby lol. My first job was being a technician for a letting company and that was a ball ache, tbh my environment was fine it was the constant learning and non stop upgrades to infrastructure which wore me out as we were a small team of 3 managing all of this for a environment of a 1000+ users. Do agree on being able to reskill in IT but might consider a career change as I've been off for a year now.

But there are other factors, i dress plainly not to attract any attention, so that helps. For people who want to show off their wealth and measure the size of their dicks with others its not possible. To be honest the latter also works if you dress conservatively and professional but the key is to hold frame.

Just professional and necessary communication, ghosting completely in personal life. As you said Hollywood is a helluva drug. Politics and Hollywood are some of the dirtiest most corrupt organizations in existence. Alot of people say the golden ages of Hollywood were back in the 30s/40s however back then the pictures which we see as classics and come across 'conservative' would have been considered excessive to the middle age and older folk back then, Hollywood's goal has always been to spread filth in the long run as it is now.

Deadlifts are my number one exercise, I have the leverages which allow me to do them comfortably and racking up big numbers is not as hard as squats and bench press.

Depending on your age your bone density and strength of your disc's could be still getting stronger up until your late 30s and deadlifts can definitely aid that if done correctly with form which suits your leverages, also taking rest/recovery into consideration as well. I've been deadlifting for 7-8 years now and have had a few minor set backs due to excessive volume and high rpes, however I've made it back stronger in the long run each time so far. I guess doing deadlifts none stop week in week…

Expensive designer clothes, handbags and shoes You know whats funny about all this stuff nowadays is that most of it is flashy garbage and overpriced plastic (polyester and vinyl lol). I cringe when I see what most of these high end designers produce nowadays and the fact that so many upper middle class and celebrities buy into this garbage is astonishing.

Well played and brilliant use of knowledge to minimize your tax and what you pay into this degenerate system. that’s the beauty of being a worker ant. The problem is, people think trades mean the guy dumping your oil at Jiffy Lube. That shouldn't be a problem at all in fact its a blessing. The last thing a tradesman should want is a huge amount of saturation in their field, then they will end up like teachers getting paid for 37.5 hours and doing 60 hours of work and they can't even strike as someone else will take their job because that's how saturated their profession has become at least in the UK.

You always hit the nail on the head in these posts, I've said it a few times the only advantage living in a 'big city' or in the west in general is that you can make alot more of these fiat currency which still holds power when purchasing resources and investments elsewhere. Even a full time cashier job here would pay £18k a year and even if you can save close to half of that for 5 years thats' 40-45k, take…

Having lived in a few Muslim country's I can say that the death sentence is rarely carried out for adultery let alone for premarital sex done by 2 members who are not married (fornication) doesn't even carry the death sentence, cheating on a spouse and adultery (married man with married woman swings) validates the death sentence under Muslim law.

Then of course a few decades later, money slowly moves back in. Fringes of 'bad neighborhoods' get re-developed and kids wanna live downtown again in overpriced apts because now it's an "arts district". Everything is a scam. The lockdown experiment has failed by all reasonable measures. If anything, it was an exercise in how easily a panicked populace can be controlled, by both media and governments. This pretty much summed up, 2019/2020 deaths almost the same, now imagine an actual pandemic which could kill 1%-10% of the population (80 - 800 million) the world would collectively loose their heads. Exactly but the key is that you can master the skill to turn on and off you empathy, its a skill you can practice and get good at, rather than taking the abuse until your empathy ''breaks'' if that maeks sense. Reminds me a bit of Rhett Butler in Gone with the wind if you've watched that movie, his character chooses to avoid the war and steal the gold from the confederates and self serving in the army for his own future and financial gain (he states he did it for profit to Scarlet), then on the …

Be completely financially independent and appear poor as dirt. Reminds me of a friend of mine, he's a day trader and actually makes a decent return based on the time he spends and makes alot more than most doctors and lawyers do after tax. Funny thing is when he goes out to eat or shop he wears plain unbranded pairs of joggers (sweatpants) and throws on a ragged parka to keep him warm.

Not Islam. If you brought sharia law into the West, all these problems men are having with women would be settled real quick. Also Islamic countries would be tax havens for business minded people to thrive. As the annual tax is only 2.5% on wealth (and not income) due to the fact that Islam believes that governments are public servants and not power hungry elites. The tax thing still rings true in some parts of the world today like Dubai, even though the rest of the sharia aspects are lost. Whic…

When you go your own way, even if immigrants come to flood the city's usually they are heavily reliant of government aid/tax payers. A solution is to become self sufficient and move to some place rural, usually over there you have people who live self sufficiently to a certain degree, this is from what I've observed here in the UK. City's = Cesspits Countryside = Freedom

The reason is, most men here on MGTOW have been hurt beyond recognition and had to rediscover who they are I say majority of the men here are people who want to learn from the experiences/mistakes of others so they don't fall into the same traps and also to discuss what is currently going on.

I strongly doubt that, in the middle east lying about a crime traditionaly was worse than committing it, so the punishment for lying about rape was death, that won't happen in the US.

What happens when the EBT cards stop working? What happens when kids have to stay home from school and that was their primary source of meals? What happens when entire states mandate that people stay home and people are forced to go without pay for 2 weeks (and no one has savings). What happens when the supermarkets are raided and nothing is left? What happens when police stop responding to calls? What happens when there are riots in the streets? Yeah, I am prepared for that. Spot on mate! I'm in my mid 20s and decided to go my own way back in my teens and start a career in IT even though it was just 1st and 2nd line support at the time (it was horrible but had to be done), I kind of wanted to go to university but at the same time didn't want to have the burden of 40k debt which I wasnt even sure I would be able to pay off as university doesn't guarantee you a job or an income source one you complete it, at the very most it just broadens your chances of finding a job…

Turbowheel Dart" I would say that the Dart is slightly better due to a few upgrades but both are great scooters at their price points, on the ewheels site you will find a comparison listing the advantages and disadvantages of the dart vs speedway. Lime electric scooters, is there much a difference between those and these? Huge difference between those scooters I dont even know where to start.
/r/MGTOW26/08/19 03:17 AM

My routine changes as need be aswell. Atm doing Upper/Lower 4 times a week with two strength focused and two hypertrophy focused days, lets me get a decent amount of volume in combined with a decent strength progression. Thats exactly what I ment, as you mentioned training each body part 1-3 times a week is the better approach compared to a strenous workout once every 10 days and ofsource you will heal just ment it wasnt optimum.
/r/MGTOW20/02/19 03:28 AM
1

Thats the thing, its not about how hard you train/work, I know a ton in the gym who do these killer workouts yet make next to no progress year in year out as the stress is not productive and instead just burns you out.
/r/MGTOW19/02/19 06:13 PM

Tom Plantz was on gear, 10 days between a leg workout is hugely hindering the amount of progress you can make whether your goals are strength or hypertrophy.

This kind of reminds me with what happened in Singapore regarding E-Scooters. Alot of talented and skilled people were building and modding scooters which could be used as a cheap, convenient and fun means of transport, but this was starting to hurt the sales of vehicles such as cars which have a much higher running cost and cause the average owner to spend alot more money then if they were to use the e-scooters so Singapore decided to issue and ban on these new E-Scooters.

Actually there is an advantage if your goals are particularly strength and hypertrophy, I was watching a video a few weeks ago explaining the benefits of training at certain times and can also back it from experience that I generally am stronger in the gym towards the end of the day. Very good advice, would be very usefull if kids going into college/university saw this and made use of what they have and not becoming something they were never intended to be (we all have our own unique strengths and weaknesses and must capitalise on them to achieve success).

Keto is not really necessary for fat loss. Main thing is calories in vs out is the simplest way of loosing fat/weight without making one feeling like they actually are 'dieting'.

A pair of quality goodyearwelts would cost about £500 (church's, crockett and jones, cheaneys) and they most likely would last a lifetime and are very comfortable/look good.
