There are psychological benefits to working out as well. You'll feel better after going to the gym. Not only because you're taking action to improve yourself and seeing results, but it affects hormone levels in your body.

Oh God, so many times. Every time I buy a new one, I know that it's fate is sealed. It could last a month, it could last a year, but I know how that little chunk of pit stick will meet it's end; it is inevitable.

Well, looks like we've got some quality comments happening here. <Insert joke about this being a terrible opener because my name isn't John> It is important to understand why this is a good opener. As the mantra goes: it doesn't matter what you say, but how you say it. Regardless of what you say, it's going to go over well if it is delivered slowly and clearly, with proper intonation, good body language, and strong eye contact. With such a simple and direct opener though, you present yourself as…

These have always worked great for me. They don't kill bacteria, but they prevent them from reproducing. If you dry off the crystal when you're done (to keep it from dissolving intergranularly over time), and avoid dropping it, the damn things last forever too.

I am trying to understand why you're going out of your way to compliment them. Unless you have a decent handle on this stuff, you're either going to be sucking up to them or come across as such. I would recommend reading this thread, paying particular attention to the comments about qualification. http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/lb91f/newbies_read_this_iois_iods_qualification_and_more/

Why are you complimenting women "really often"? Save it for things they actually have control over that you honestly value in a person. Being very beautiful and having a charming smile are hardly the most important traits to have and they've probably heard them a hundred times.

I've only ever seen one anti-PUA feminist who changed her mind, she decided to research the subject and meet with mPUAs and she actually changed her mind, and declared that PUA was pro-feminism. For this, she was denounced and became a pariah amongst her fellow feminist scholars. Do you have a link for that? Sounds like it would make an interesting read.

While they downvote, delete, and ban at any mention of /r/seduction, our advice, given there without mention of where it is from, receives a healthy number of upvotes. Amusing, though certainly not surprising.

From /r/SRSDiscussion Our goal is to foster a safe space for the perspectives of minorities and marginalized people. Comments which are discordant with the ethos of social progressivism will be removed, and users who post in bad faith will be banned. A safe space where marginalized people with differing opinions are censored and banned. Got it.

You can work of being a social and outgoing person without supporting every facet of /r/seduction. People read The Game and are convinced that that is all what we're all about over here. Our FR's certainly reinforce that perception, but speaking for myself, I don't even read those. In other news, the OP of that thread got the shit whipped out of him by /u/srs_anon. Also, he's chasing feminism as a means of getting over his social anxiety. That's like following Buddhism to learn how to cook a ste…

But that's the kind of hogwash new-Seddit would try to tell you! Money doesn't get women for you, but it does pay for your logistics.

She's your girlfriend and you trust her, right? Joke about it with her. "You can tell he's totally in to you, right? Oh come on, it's so obvious!" Show her that you're comfortable enough in your relationship to not be bothered by random guys thinking they have a chance with her. It's going to happen, and sometimes it's going to happen with someone who doesn't have the social intuition to know that he's being an irritation to the rest of the group. Don't count on this guy being around very long i…

They're not actively trying to drag you down, they're just being, well, guys. If the girl brings it up, just laugh it off.

Showing interest makes you vulnerable; it opens you up to rejection. A man who is confident is invested enough in himself that he is unaffected by the prospect of rejection. Therefore, a confident man will be comfortable expressing his interest because he is not fazed by rejection. Men who can comfortably show interest will be seen as confident.

It sounds like you're not getting physical with these girls. If you're not getting physical, you're not getting anywhere. Push the interaction. If she's not into it, move on to the next girl.

I'd feel like a fucking ponce if I dressed like most of the guys over at r/mfa. If it feels weird or you don't like it, then don't wear it.

Most clubs around here are like that as well. The music is loud by design so that you the only things there are to do are drink and dance. My time and money are better spent elsewhere.

Don't shit where you eat Repeated for emphasis. Make an ass of yourself with some random girl at the bar (I believe this is a process called learning), and you have to live with it until you say hi to the next girl. Make an ass of yourself with the intern at work, and suddenly you're learning about how your reputation affects career progression.

[FR] Awesome H-close on the cute girl in my Chem class! I kid, but of course it still applies!. Confidence is attractive no matter how old you are, and if you can become comfortable talking to girls at your age, you'll be leagues ahead of your peers by the time you're older. Just taking a quick look at the Guides, only a small handful won't apply to you.

Your batting average may be a .200 without training. With training you can bump that up to .250 The problem many guys have before coming here is that they don't swing. In fact, they probably aren't at a baseball diamond in the first place, and wouldn't know how to hold the bat even if they were. They know that they want to be playing sports, but they're too busy watching ESPN to do anything but wonder about what they should be doing.

Realize that you're still only 18, and that you will learn a phenomenal amount in next couple years. I did, and that was without /r/Seduction. If one gets away, it's not a big deal at all. Good on you, and keep at it!

Nothing actually changes once you've had sex. You'll know what it feels like to have your penis in someone, but that's really just one part of sex. You can be a virgin and still know a thing or two about how to please a woman, and you can have had sex before and still not know a damn thing beyond penis-goes-in-penis-goes-out. Using the information in this subreddit, you'll be way better off than other guys your age who have only managed to get laid by dumb luck. Society has built this up in your…

Is there evidence linking r/pickup to these spammers? From what I can tell, r/pickup was banned for spamming, but now people are accusing us of spamming too. It could be a single, dedicated spammer aiming to have r/pickup and r/seduction banned from Reddit. After all, we certainly aren't without enemies.

For a community based partly around understanding human psychology, you'd think we would know better. We certainly aren't doing ourselves any favours by sounding like we're objectifying everyone.

Of course there are bad apples in the business and a lot of bad info but that doesn't mean it's part of the community and there is bad shit and people trying to make easy cash in almost every business area. It's also worth pointing out that /r/seduction has the population of a small city. You're gonna get all sorts in any group that large.

Have you even seen the sidebar? Nine tenths of everything I've read is about how to become a confident, comfortable, social person and that there aren't any easy answers. If Seddit has taught me anything, it's that these goals can be reached, but that the only way to do so is by pushing yourself outside your comfort zone and learning through experience. There are tips, tricks, and things to look out for, but it is made very clear that you have to put in the legwork yourself if you're going to se…

-Decent walls. Having the neighbours complain about the mattress springs, and loud screams doesn't bode well in hours past midnight. I'll be sure to inquire with the neighbors.

Location. Yes. I can be within stumbling distance of my mates' places and be in an area with a couple of decent venues, or I can be in the party district close to most of the venues and culture in the city. Hmm... this is making me reconsider where I wanted to live.

Not big on the whole 'TV' thing, but I'll probably get something in the 30-40" range so I at least have one. keeping your apartment clean, no piled up trash bags, no mountain of dirty dishes. Get a nice comfortable bed, and some nice sheets with a high thread count. Wouldn't be a bad idea to have a good stock of liquor. Also, your bathroom, keep it spotless. Got it covered or prepared to deal with it. Thanks!

Reading the comments, it's fairly obvious that they have no idea what r/Seduction represents. They say they detest us, and then go on to talk about how all you need to be is confident and outgoing. I mean, frozen deserts are terrible and I don't know why people would ever eat them, but could you pass me that tub of Rocky Road? Considering that r/AskWomen might not be the most... receptive subreddit to try and get this point across in, I think you did a pretty good job. This is a community to tea…
