No it's not. And it's ridiculous to think that when a man preys on a child it's a violent crime but when a woman does it it's some kind of cry for help. Time and time again it has been proven that there are many women just as violent and sick as men and women sex offenders should have to face the same scrutiny and public humiliation as male sex offenders. Society needs to get it out of their heads that women are somehow incapable of committing the same crimes as men with the same intentions and …

Not only is it a joke, but its become an accepted aspect of prison. Everyone knows it goes on but there is very little done to change it. There is little difference between beating someone and raping them outside of the emotional damage, but for whatever reason one is more regulated than the other. no, the fact the he was looking at child porn whether it be on the internet or on a text sent to him... it's child porn. Just because he's a child doesn't mean he's not looking at a naked photo of a child. The fact that the text message was unsolicited will nullify the charges.

Okay fellas.. simmer down. I'm all for mens rights as I feel in several situations y'all get fucked royally, but the girl was arrested as well, for producing a distributing child porn and is facing jail time, as well as registration as a sex offender for a min. of 20 yrs. if convicted.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
