I mean you'd need to survey users about why they are on tinder in the first place. Like I said in my previous comment, there may not be a "shortage" per se, but the fact that more men than women are in STEM fields is the reason women are more sort after by employers. As far as I can tell its probably down to supply and demand, not sexism. There are shortages of male primary school teachers, so male primary school teachers often get hiring preference. A recent example being that scientists t-shirt. This sub rightfully pointed out the ridiculousness of feminists pushing for the guy to be punished. So should we react as they do? You are 100% right, this women is joking. Her jokes are insensitive, offensive, and vocalize (or perhaps satirize) some of society's more harmful views on the male gender, but she isn't being malicious. 0	I still think you guys are pretty extreme, but this post definitely helped me to put some things in perspective (fair warning: it's a bit long) (x-post /r/tumblrinaction) I would consider myself an Egalitarian (as such I fight for many of the causes pushed by MRAs and Feminists), and I have to agree with you. Feminism too often deteriorates into man hating and blaming, and (from my personal experience) MR too often deteriorates into woman hating and blaming, even on this sub.
