In all honesty, if you got hit in the ribs go get an xray and keep copies of it. Just in case that guy comes back with an assault charge, you can prove that he hit you and you have witnesses that can say he hit you first. In context, that wont make much sense to the jury. If he says he saw you talking to his gf so you hit him? Theyll be inclined to believe that you did talk to his gf so he hit you and out of reflex you hit him to defend yourself.

Serious question, has boxing or MMA affected your gains? Im pretty sure they recommend doing cardio thats why. Im asking because im barely about 2 1/2 years into lifting and was thinking about muay thai. But i still want to have the gains though

Coming from someone younger; overtime did it feel better to wake up early? Early as in like 5-5 30? I imagine its pretty hard to get used to

Think of faith as a vase. When something doesn't make sense, it creates a crack on the vase. As you slowly come to grasp with reality, that vase will have so many cracks, eventually, it will break. I never thought of it that way before. Ill have to remember that

Hmmm i never saw it that way, i always saw it as a sort of moral compass. But then again looking back in history to things such as the Inquisition, i can see what you mean. But whether or not those controlling aspects of religion can be seen today, i have no idea.

Yeah, there is. This is why a lot of my generation say things like men pre 1960s generation is about as toxic as it gets. Looking back after the pill, my grandpa raised me right.

I never said Christianity is the oldest religion, i said its one of the older religions. Plus who gives a fk that I believe in Catholicism, the only person that should care is me honestly.

The problem I see with older religions, such as Christianity, is that their take of marriage is based on their views 1000s of years ago. Even though their view kept true for the most part, marriage changed and so did the people involved. A man became less of a man and a woman just became herself really. Its human nature to always seek out a better option, through no one's fault, but the old way of marriage kept both the man and woman from doing that. I am a Catholic and after reading TRP for abo…

Heres an Amazing Athiest video on rape :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teogyQ7_r4s In the video he states that a sort organization for rape victims is against the current rape culture we have today. So if an actual legitimate (may or may not be non profit) organization is against rape culture, how legit do you think Rape Culture actually is. The conversation you had about the radio was pretty cringe worthy. You could have started a conversation about lifting and he would have talked more openly. Backpacker is right, you do need to be more humble about yourself and judging others so poorly. If some guy came up to you and started telling jokes that only pertain to his favorite tv show, how would you react?

Damn. Whats your exit plan if things get really bad? Bad as in somehow making things more in favor of women than they already are. I think the last thing I read about Canada was that theyre changing the national anthem because its sexist?

Damn i thought things were rough here in the states with feminism being intertwined into college classes that have nothing to do with feminism. An Sjw of a professor though teaching feminism in a Chicano Studies Class would be a good idea. I had no idea things would be that bad in other parts of the first world. How are things in Canada?

Just be direct about what youre saying. A lot of the things you text reflects what you would say in everyday conversations. If you were, for example going to take a girl out mini golfing (whatever), then tell her the place/date/time. Make it seem that you would go regardless of her going. Also, the principle of "radio silence" that you only talk when necessary.

Ummm actually college is a whole other story for me. Ive always had a sort of bad family life in the sense that my dad and mom were closer to my little sister than me. So in my eyes my Grandpa was my "father", who actually spent more time with me, rather than my actual father. Looking back after swallowing the pill, it is true that men back then were raised to be men not just providers and am thankful my Grandpa raised me the way he did. Op, or anyone really, how long did it take for you guys to bulk up to the ideal weight you wanted to be at before cutting? Nah, if you wanna keep those friends (sentimental) then you need to put your foot down. Not only that if you feel theyre not respecting you at all, then give them something to respect, work on improving yourself for a while and cut off a lot of contact for a period of time. Not all contact, but i mean keep talking to them and stuff. But if you just wanna get rid of these friends, then by all means find other friends

First things first you gotta prioritize, weight vs where you live. If youre skinny then weight can be put on hold till you get somewhere better to live. If youre overweight you can walk to work everyday or simply run on the weekends. As for work either pick up another part time job or get a full time job somewhere else. As for the relationship you could simply just end it by talking to her, its as simple as that, she's only there because you and your mom allowed her since it's your mom's house a…

College, it's not just a place for girls (most known for that lmao) but also for networking. edit: imo weed doesn't lead to harder drugs, it's surrounding yourself with people who already do those drugs that makes you want to try harder drugs. I know what you feel like but with cs go instead. Cold turkey is a very good option but I find 9/10 times you play because of your friends. Try changing up the people you hang out with who are more geared to other, more beneficial, activities. However, I'm just assuming you play because of friends like I do. If you play it because you genuinely want to, just go out and enjoy life, if you don't have one already get a job. Take that money and save/spend it however you wish, remember memories>mater…

Also, if your shoes got holes in them then you need a new pair of shoes but you dont have to go out and buy the latest Jordans. 20-30 lbs could be the difference between 170 and 200 of fat. edit: "Is it really so bad" is the wrong way to look at anything. Dude honestly, you shouldnt lift because your motivated by women or maybe more respect from other men? You should honestly do it for yourself, just my two cents.
/r/TheRedPill10/06/16 05:05 AM

Well isnt it a mix of both telling people and letting them find out on their own. From my understanding is that we shouldn't actively seek out people to convert but do pay attention to those who are honestly and willingly trying to change themselves?? Like ofc you wouldnt go to any one of your friends and slap TRP truths in his face but at the same time you might observe one of your friends transitioning into the purple phase or going through a rough time and offer some help i.e. TRP.

Japanese-Filipino here, just wanted to ask which state you live in and how the girls there treat you. Personally I grew up in LA, where there were lots of Latinos and African Americans.
