Time. Nothing else will change things. Keep working out. Keep doing what you enjoy. Get out of the house daily. Keep track of any alcohol consumption and regulate it. Don't stifle it if you feel like crying. Embrace it. Find counseling, you are not weak for wanting help. I feel like I'm in a similar situation as you. If you aren't already, find some sort of counseling. Even if it is online. Keep up with your exercise. It is not your fault. There is always hope, there is always help. If you reach the very bottom, remember the three numbers and the five words to reach out for help.
