Talk to a lawyer. It really comes down to your state since they manage child custody decisions. It may be possible to write a contract of sorts or it may not. A lawyer will give you a real option. Assuming you are being paid, you can ask them to pay for it as part of the fees. If they balk at that, walk.

I don't even know what to tell you. My case was pretty extreme. My ex's family is extremely wealthy with lots of friends. She was a psycho and said all kinds of crazy shit about me while we were dating. I have dated 3 women totalling almost 3 years of my life in completely false relationships that they had zero intent of following what they were saying. It sucks. My story is a little different and crazier with an abusive ex, but it fucking sucks. The stupidest part is that nobody believes that a woman can be an abuser, so its an uphill battle to even convince anyone that she is fucked and won't leave you alone.
